{Ophelias POV}:
"And here we are!" John exclaims and jumps out the car with me following suit. He grabs my hand and escorts me to the elevator, which was fancy with gold railings and one big mirror on the back wall. John uses a key and clicks a button leading to a penthouse. His penthouse. I was immediately awestruck upon seeing his house for the first time.
The large window filled the room with natural lighting, making the bright colours of the furniture bring a certain happiness to the room.
"John..." I say in a shocked tone under my breath.
"Wait till you see the kitchen." He says and walks in the direction i assume is the kitchen. I put my bags on the floor and follow him.
"Holy shit."
"This place is fucking beautiful!" I trace my fingers atop the shiny countertop, i don't think I've ever seen a place this nice in person. Not even Georges house is this nice, i mean don't get me wrong the friar manor is gorgeous but this place is.. well.. clean! Remember George couldn't exactly keep maids as long as i was there and we aren't exactly tidy people. Somehow the air feels more breathable here. Probably all the windows...
"I got it a few years ago and fell in love with the place..." John says as he opens the patio door. "... more like i fell in love with the view." I follow him outside.
