26.Pork belly

1 brown onion
2 lb pork belly
1 tbsp oil
3 green onions cut in thirds
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sake
1/2cup sugar
4 boiled eggs

Served with boiled spinach

1. Sliced onions and place onions and pork belly in a instant pot/crockpot fill with water and pressure cook for 30 minutes.

2. Remove pork belly from pods and cut into four pieces. Once cut add oil to pot and place pork belly in it. Cook and turn over till slightly cooked

3.Remove pork belly from pot and place green onions and Sauté to cook. Add water, soy sauce, sake and sugar and simmer to make a sauce. Once simmering place pork belly and boil eggs into the pot.

4. Braise pork belly till sauce reduces to half. Remove pork belly and eggs from pot.In another pot add water salt then spinach and boil. What spoil drain and squeezed out water from spinach till they are press together as a bunch. Spinach into thirds and slice boil eggs and a half, lastly plate and enjoy
