I put the ladder to the treehouse then climbed up.
I hope he doesn't mind if I used it for a while.

I heard footsteps followed with laughter.
"And here we are, this is my special place"
"Oh.....wow"
It was Luke with Candace.
I find someplace to hide. Quick.
I hid behind one of the cabinets.

"Well cmon"
"Umm.... I thought we were going to watch a movie"
"Yea we are, in my treehouse"
"Lukeyyy" she whined.
"But I wanted to go to the movie theater" she pouted.

"Oh cmon watching a movie in here is so much better than a movie theater"
"Yea but I wanted to watch a big screen and I already feel the bugs biting me" she pouted.
Luke looked so defeated.

"Okay.... I guess we could go to the movie theater"
"Yay" Candace clapped her hands then kissed Luke on the cheek.
They started to walk off.

"Wait! Almost forgot" Luke said coming back.
"Have to hide this so no one else comes here" he said taking the ladder and hiding it behind a tree.
Oh no.

How am I going to get down.
I had to call someone.

~CALUMS POV~

I was working on my homework when I heard my phone ring.
It was Marie.
"Hey babe"
Babe?
Pull yourself together Calum.
"Hey Cal, I need your help"
I swear my heart dropped when she said that.
I got so worried.
"What's wrong?"
"It's kind of a long story, but can you come pick me up?"
"Yea sure where are you?"

What the hell was Marie doing in the woods?
I grabbed my keys.
"Mum, I'm going to help out a friend real quick!" I yelled.

Once I arrived to the woods I couldn't find Marie.
"Marie!"
"Calum!"
I looked up to see a beautiful treehouse.

"Hey" I said
"Umm hi" she blushed.
"Can you help me? I'm kinda stuck" she laughed.
"Oh yea, umm"
"The ladder's behind that tree" she pointed to the tree behind me.

I grabbed the ladder and leaned it on the treehouse.
I climbed up.
"So how did you end up here?"

"Uh, well Luke texted me about us" she pointed to me and herself.
"And I told him that we knew each other before I met him, I said that we used to play club penguin together and we later became online friends" she cringed.
"Why did you say that?"

"Because, the day he took me here, he tried kissing me and like an idiot I took a step back, then I told him I didn't want to date because I had just met him"
He tried kissing her?

"He tried kissing you?"
"Yea, I mean I wanted to kiss him too but I don't know something in me just backed away"
"Oh....."
"Oh?" She asked.
Did I say that out loud?

I didn't have anything else to say.
I wish I met her first.
I wish she liked me back.
And I wish that I wouldn't get so jealous easily when she talks about Luke.

"Calum you there?"
"I wish I met you first"
"What?"

It took everything in me to lean in.
I leaned in fast and kissed her.
She didn't kiss back at first but then she just gave in.

The kiss was soft and passionate.

"What the fuck?" A voice said, breaking me and Marie away.
