At hospital,
Prachi wakes up and sees her family members around her. She then remembers about the comeback of Ranbir in her life and him knowing about his children.
Prachi: Bhai, woh... Ranbir... Woh kuch karega toh nahin na mere bacchon ke saath?
Just then, Prachi notices Rhea standing behind them with moist eyes holding some medicines in her hand.
(Show mein negativity ki aisi hadein paar hain jisse show mein ab kuch negative lagta hi nahin, kyunki negativity hi rule karti rehti hai... But mujhse ye drama nahin hoga)
Her eyes also get moist as she remembers the incident at home and how Rhea came to save her. But she tries to remain stern.
Rhea: Prachi, no need to thank me. Maine yeh sab apni beh- mera matlab......
She doesn't get anything to say to Prachi. Prachi's eyes once again get moist as she knows that Rhea was about to say 'behan'.
Pragya comes in between not wanting to see her both daughters cry at this time...
Pragya: Rhea, hand me the medicines you have brought. It is time for Prachi to eat medicines and take rest now.. prachi ko abhi rona nahin chahiye na hi tensed hona chahiye, haina?
Both Prachi and Rhea nod and Disha gives medicines to Prachi. Everyone except Pragya goes out.
Ranbir's side,
Ranbir was getting tensed thinking about the day's events. His mind was filled with many things, everything revolving around Prachi.
He calls one of his men and says: I want every single detail about Prachi Arora, right from her birth to today, not a single thing should be missed.

Man: Yes boss, can I leave now?
Ranbir: Wait, firstly do one thing. Assign our two most trusted men to keep an eye on Prachi and safeguard her, but she shouldn't get to know about this. And they have to give me report of everything, where she goes, what she does, everything. Understood?
Man: Yes boss.
Ranbir: Now leave.
At hospital, in Prachi's room,
Prachi: Maa.
Pragya: Haan beta.
Prachi: I think it's time to reveal.
Pragya: Are you sure beta? Tu pregnant hai abhi. Hum abhi reveal kar dein?
Prachi: Maa, main confident hoon.
Pragya: Aur Parth, use kya kehkar introduce karenge?

Aur aaj mein college jaungi, iski shuruat karne aur trustee hoon, toh ab se khud hi jaaya karungi, mere behalf par nahin jaayega koi.
Pragya: Aaj nahin beta, aaj tu theek nahin hai aur aise mein main tujhe kahin nahin bhej sakti.
Prachi: Accha, abhi nahin but after some time main jaungi and I am all well maa. Aap aisa karo, sabko andar bula lo.
Pragya calls everyone inside. Only Parth, Sunny and Disha were there.
Prachi: Baaki sab kahan hain?
Parth: Purab chucks aur Aryan office mein gaye hain tere behalf par kyunki tu aaj office nahin jayegi aur Shahana khana lane ke liye gayi hai. Aaj kisi ne kuch khaya nahin na.
Prachi: Aur Rhea....
Hearing Rhea's name, a smile creeps on Pragya, Sunny and Disha's face.
Disha: Rhea bahut tensed thi toh maine driver ke saath use uske ghar bhej diya. Woh keh rahi thi ki wo college chali jaayegi kuch der baad.
Prachi: Oh, accha. Waise aaj mere saath college kaun jayega?
Sunny: College, kyun?
Pragya: Yeh trustee hone ki haisiyat se kabhi bhi college nahin gayi, toh aaj jaana chahti hai.
Parth: Oh, main, Sunny aur Shahana teeno chalenge kyunki Prachi itni bhaari hai ki agar kahin ludak ke gir gayi toh main ya Sunny ise akele nahin sambhal paayenge aur Shahana, uski zaroorat na hote huye bhi wo aa hi jaayegi.
All laugh at this, while Prachi frowns and Sunny hits his shoulder.
At Ranbir's side,
Now 1 hour had passed and Ranbir was getting more and more impatient.
