Out of pure curiosity, I searched my username on Google today. And that's when I was introduced to the world of NovelHD, a website that plagiarizes fanfiction and books from authors on Wattpad.
NovelHD takes Wattpad books (normally by authors with a small following), copies them word for word, and then publishes them to the site.
What's even worse is that the company can make money off of your fanfiction by asking for "donations" to post a new chapter.
It's sickening and yes, two of my books are on there.
My two most personal books have been plagiarized and put on the site.

Now there are 3 ways that I've heard are ways to gave the books removed:
1) Mass reporting/leaving a negative review of the book on NovelHD
2) Unpublishing and republishing your book on Wattpad
3) Filling out a copyright claim for each book stolen
I'm not sure which one I'll do first. If you guys want to go leave a bunch of negative comments on these you can (or just spam about how they stole the books). NovelHD also has a rating system. Rate my book 1 star on their website (it won't hurt my feelings, I promise).
If that doesn't work then I'll fill out the copyright claims. And since I have experience with filing copyright claims, I'm really dreading the process.
But I just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention. Because it's not just my books that have been stolen. If you don't have a ton of followers or your book doesn't have a lot of traction, your books might be on there. They seem to target people with a lower follower count but there are some books on there from people with a larger following.
Long story short, plagiarism is disgusting and it's stealing. I realize that NovelHD is run where plagiarism laws are less strict but I don't care. It's wrong.
People on this app work to hard to be impersonated and have their work stolen.
So if you see any of these books on that website, give them hell for posting them there:

And please spread the word. Nobody deserves to have their work stolen.
If your books are stolen as well, comment down below so people can find them and leave a negative review. NovelHD is really full of themselves. When they see a book has a bunch of negative reviews, they take it down.
