You sighed for the nth time today.

Uraraka is currently packing her things which left you with a bunch of work.

On the bright side is today is also your interview with Mr. Shoto Todoroki. And if he's a great employee just like what Ms. Uraraka stated then you wont have to deal with dozens of work to do.

You snapped out of your trance when you heard a knock on the door.

"Mr. L/N, it's me." You heard Uraraka.

"Come in."

The door opened revealing Uraraka's smiling face.

"Sir, my friend is here for the interview." She said and looked outside the door. "Come in." The omega gestured the male to enter.

You stood up to show formality as the male omega entered.

You were in awe at the soft appearance of the omega.

Just like what is shown at the picture. He have white and red. Gray and blue hues. And a red scar on his face.

He was truly a beauty.

It seems like he was having a rough time when that picture was taken. Because right now, he have such a soft expression and a small smile on his face.

"Good morning, Sir. I'm here for the interview. " He bowed 90° to show formality.

"Good morning to you too. Have a seat." You gestured in front where a seat is located.

"Thank you, Sir." He stated sitting down the chair.

"Sir, i'll be leaving now." She said the looked at Shoto. "Shoto, goodluck."

You nodded and watched her leave.

"So, Mr. Todoroki." You said while holding his resume. "Why should i hire you for the position?" You asked looking at him straight in the eyes.

The move made him swallow avoiding your gaze and fiddling with his fingers.

"I-uhh." He coughed for a second to cover his stuttering then fixed his posture. "I am aware of my skills and i am also aware that i will fit for the job and standard you are looking for." He said confidently.

His confidence is the exact thing you need.

"Okay, one more question. Right now, the company is really busy can you work under pressure?"

"I've done it before so i'm sure i can do it again. But i'll do my best no matter what."

You nodded and smiled in satisfaction knowing you already found Uraraka's perfect substitute.
