Alex opened his eyes

Y - *smiles* your ok

I sat in the bed next to him

A - who are you

Oh no not amnesia

Y - *looks shocked*

A - *smiles* I'm just kidding

Y - *giggles* oh my god I HATE YOU! I love you I love you *kisses Alex gently* I love you so much

The nurse came in

Nu - alright looks like everything is good but we will need Alex to stay until we think he is stable enough to go home

A - *sleepy voice* yes ma'am

The nurse started changing out his IV

Y - how long do you think he would have to stay

Nu - maybe a few weeks

Y - weeks? But we have to go home back to LA

Nu - oh um I'll get the doctor in here

Y - ok

Once she finished she left the room so me and Alex were alone

Y - *kisses Alex's hand*

A - its ok we'll go home

Y - I just really need to see Jazzlyn

I started crying and Alex wiped my tears

A - no more crying lets talk about something else...what's this about us having more kids

Y - *smiles and wipes tears* you heard

A - *smiles* no the nurse told me but I'm excited

Y - yeah I don't know about it

A - really your gonna go back on a deathbed promise

Y - *laughs*

A - I'm serious I want more kids

Y - maybe one more

I kissed him

A - but I want a boy

Y - yeah like I can choose

A - well we could always adopt so that you don't have to go through the pain like you did for Jazz

Y - it was worth it tho

A - *shrugs* your choice and I'm ok with either

Y - really even if that means we can't have great sex where you let it out inside of me for one of the options

A - don't tempt me because then we will have no choice

I kissed him then we put our foreheads together

Y - I'm so glad to have you Alex I don't know what I would do if you actually died

A - you would continue living life with Jazzlyn and try not to go with me

Y - I don't think thats how it would work out

A - it would have to because then Jazzlyn would be left with neither of us and your such a great mom

Y - yeah I guess I am

We both smiled then kissed again. The doctor came in

Do - hello guys how are we feeling

A - better

Do - good ok so what seems to be the problem

Y - we want to go back home but they said in a few weeks he would be released

Do - well yes you would stay here in the hospital

Y - no we live in Los Angeles and we want to be back there isn't there a way to transfer hospitals

Do - yes if you want to transfer hospitals we can take Alex on a helicopter to LA

Y - how long would that be

Do - about 6 or 7 hours

Y - will I be able to go with him

Do - no you would have to meet him there separately

Me and Alex looked at each other then I looked back at the doctor

Y - is that the only option

Do - *nods* yes ma'am

Y - can you give us a minute to talk it over then

Do - of course I'll be back soon

Y - ok thank you

Do - no problem

She left

A - I think we should do it

Y - no Alex I don't want to leave you alone in a hospital over there

A - I wouldn't be alone I could have devyn or diego go meet me there

Y - *shakes head* I cant leave your side Alex its not possible for me to do it without freaking out

A - yes you can baby it would be better for me to be over there then here

Y - no Alex *eyes water* I don't want to

Tears started rolling down my face and Alex put his hand on my cheek gently caressing it

A - baby I would see you in a few hours

Y - what if I can't find a flight

A - you will

I didn't want to do this at all

Y - no I'll talk to them again to let me be on th-

A - listen if I stay here in Nicaragua I wont get the most help I could get there are nicer hospitals in LA with better doctors baby you have to umderstand its better in LA

Y - Alex im terrified of leaving you tho

A - I'll be fine if anything I'll be safer then you

We looked into each others eyes for a bit then I kissed him. We pulled back slowly

Y - are you sure about this

A - 100% percent

Y - *sighs* fine but if I cant find a flight for that same day were not leaving

A - ok

I kissed his cheek then his neck. I grabbed his hand and kissed it too. We waited for the doctor to come back in and told her our decision. She said ok then left to go talk to other people about it and find flights for both of us

Y - do you want me to go get Sam and Ale I'm pretty sure they want to see you

A - *nods*

Y - ok I'll be right back don't move

I kissed his forehead then walked out to the waiting room. I went to Sam and Ale

Y - guys come on Alex is waiting for you

They both got up quickly then we started walking back to the room. When I opened the door I saw a lady in a fancy suit standing infront of Alexs bed with a clipboard

? - umm excuse me I'm having a conversation with Mr. Guzman do you mind

I looked at her confused

A - they can stay she's my fiance and there my friends

? - were you guys present during this event

Y - yes we were

She moved out of the way so we walked past her. I sat on the bed next to Alex

? - alright let's begin
