About 20 minutes passed and Alex had fallen asleep. I slowly got out of his grip as to not wake him up then gave him a kiss. He got comfortable so I walked out and closed the room door. Jazz went running towards the door but I quickly grabbed her

Jz - I want to see daddy

She started wiggling around trying to get out of my grip

Y - no Jazzlyn he's asleep

Jz - *whines* let me see daddy!

She started screaming and I covered her mouth then took her outside of the apartment. I put her down

Y - what the fuck is your problem

Jz - I want to see daddy

Tears started forming in her eyes

Y - Jazzlyn you need to chill out already and quit being a whiny brat because that shit doesnt work for me

Jz - *cries* I just wanted to see him

Y - ok and you have to understand that he's asleep

Y - daddy has been through a lot and he's tired jazzy I can't be taking care of 2 babies so you need to pull your big girl panties up and stop crying ok you need to help me with daddy too

Jz - *wipes tears* can I at least give him a kiss

She grabbed my hand then we walked in past everyone staring at us. I opened the door slowly then picked up Jazz. I carried her close to Alex so that she could give him a kiss. He started moving around then opened his eyes

A - *groans* it hurts

Y - what hurts

A - my body

Y - do you need to take the pain pills

A - *nods*

Y - you need to eat first

I looked at Jazz

Y - princess can you go tell abuela (grandma) that Alex needs pain pills and a snack

Jz - ok

She ran out the room and I looked back at Alex. I moved his hair then kissed him

Y - what does it feel like

A - like sore and the wound is itchy but I cant scratch it

Y - thats good it means its healing

A - I know but it hurts

He started crying

Y - Alex dont cry your gonna make me cry

I wiped his tears as my eyes started tearing up

Y - *sniffles* I'm so sorry this happened to you you don't deserve this your such a good person to everyone

I kissed his head

Y - I love you baby and I promise you'll get through this

I hugged him while wiping my tears. Gala came in with pills, water, jello, and a spoon

Am - Alex eat this jello first then you can take the pill

I helped Alex sit up and Gala opened the jello. Jazzlyn climbed on the bed making Alex smile. She ended up feeding the jello to Alex and half way through I gave him the pills. Gala had left the room leaving us 3 in there. Alex finished the jello
