Bea's

Today is the day of our Grand Alumni Celebration and I am here sa office still finishing some reports since dad and mom still not here. I have to finish this by 2pm so that I can prepare pa for later. My supposed to be meeting at 3pm ay si kuya na ang pupunta I also told Mom and Dad that I will attend they agreed naman since paminsan lang din daw to.

And since last night I didn't chat Jho I dunno. Maybe because of what happened sa office.

Flashback

"How may I help you Jana?" I ask na naka crossed arms and looking at her straight to her eyes.

"We need to talk bea" she command

"Oh? Talk about what?! You can't just enter my office without my permission and command me to talk to you?!" Inis kong sagot

"Don't give me that attitude Bea you know how I hate it" she said and roll her eyes and umupo sa couch na parang welcome siya.

Wow! Siya pa galit

"Can you just tell me what you want. If you don't mind I am busy and every minute for me is important don't waste it" i said it with a straight face looking at her

"I know 1 of your company sa US filed for bankruptcy. And I can help you to save your company there I know it's important for you since that's one of the first company that your dad built international. But with one condition....." She said while seriously looking at me.

Yeah I know that and I wanted to save it but Dad insist not to para focus nalang daw kami sa mga companies didto sa Pinas but I know it's hard for him kasi he can't handle na and nalugmok nadin kasi napabayaan that's why he decided to file bankruptcy. I volunteer naman to handle kaso ayaw niya kasi i handled 2 already here sa Pinas and 1 sa Paris.

"So what is it?" Bored kong sagot

"Be my date tomorrow sa event and pretend to be my girlfriend" she just simply said .

The nerve of this girl! She's unbelievable!

"Really Jana?! Coming from you? Haha you make me laugh after all that you did. Sasabihin mong I will pretend to be your girlfriend ? Diba ikaw ang nakipaghiwalay because you want a guy not a girl?!" Naiinis na ako sa kakapalan ng mukha ng babaeng to

"It's your choice bea, pretend to be mine and save your company o uuwing luhaan ang daddy mo i heard he is sick" naka smirk niyang sabi.

"Get out Jana, don't use my dad's illness to satisfy your childish needs" i said na nagpipigil lang

"No! be...." She replied but I didn't let her finish.

"Get out! Habang may respeto pa ako sayo!" May himig na galit sa tono ko konti nalang pasensya ko sa kanya .

Then she go out at sinara ang pinto na padabog .

Umupo ako sa swivel chair at napahilamos sa mukha ..arrrggghhhh!

End of flashback

Ayaw kong gawin ang gusto niya but I don't want to see my dad na malungkot I know labag sa loob niyang gawin yon. Hays .

"Boss?" Nagulat naman ako nang nasa harap ko na si Riri.

"Ahh boss sorry, pumasok na ako kanina pa ako katok ng katok akala ko kung napano kana kaya pumasok agad ako" sabi niya na nag aalala

"Ahh sorry, may iniisip lang, what is it Ri?" Sabi ko at umayos ng upo

"Andito na po ang suit ninyo and it's almost 2pm na po" sabi niya sabay pakita ng suit ko

"Okay thank you ri, palagay nalang sa kotse ko here's the key, sunod na din ako mag aayos lang" sabi ko sabay bigay ng keys ko. I trusted her naman sa lahat ng gamit ko.

Pagkalapit ko sa kotse ko ay nandun pa din si Riri waiting for me. Sumakay na ako at nagpaalam sa kanya i told her to bring some of my work sa bahay para matapos ko after the event.

I came home exactly 2:30 and nag rest lang ako sandali before I prepare.

I wanted to chat Jho, but I can't pretend that I am okay and happy . I don't want to attend but I already promised maddie and deanna na pupunta ako hays.

If she's there I will be excited to attend but she's not. Hays

It's 5:20 and I am done. I'm looking myself sa mirror. I am wearing a navy blue lady suit made by our personal designer, i paired it with my black leather shoes. And I just let my hair down para comportable ako and I just put light powder and a lip balm para naman hindi ako mukhang bangkay. Haha Ready to go na. But not excited.

Bumaba na ako sa parking lot. Ako nalang mag dadrive I will not drink that much tonight may trabaho pa akong tatapusin and so that I can drive myself pauwi.

Habang papunta ako sa venue hindi mawala sa isip ko what Jana said yesterday. What if tinanggap ko? Daddy will be happy kaya? I know he will but magtataka yun pano nangyari. Hays bahala na nga.

I arrived at 6:15 pm and madami naring tao. I am looking for parking space pa. Nang makahanap ako. Inayos ko muna sarili ko then good to go na cellphone lang dinala ko.

Nasa entrance na ako nang may tumawag sa akin .... .

"Bea!"

Paglingon ko .......

"Mae?!" Mae is one of my best dude sa high school and college but sadly hanggang 2nd year college lang siya kasi lumipat sila sa Japan to stay with her dad .

"Oh my G Bei! Good to see you!" Sabay yakap niya sa akin. Namiss ko tong babaeng to

"I am happy to see you Mae, how long have you been here? " at yumakap nanaman hindi halatang namiss eh no. Haha

"Last sunday, but we stayed to my aunt sa Ilocos" sabi niya nang kumalas kami sa yakapan..

"Ah, okay hope you stay for more days pa after this event" I said. Natawa naman siya

"You didn't change bei still clingy dude haha, i don't know pa eh but I hope I still want to go to the beaches pa here no, nakakamiss" sabi niya na parang nag dedaydream

"Okay okay mae, just tell me okay?" Sabi ko at natawa naman siya

"Okay! Let's go inside? I am excited to see everyone" sabi niya at ang laki ng smile niya .

Pagpasok namin lahat ng kilala namin binati namin. Syempre hindi mawawala sila Alyssa, Mich, Amy at marami pa. Hinahanap ko nga si Maddie eh Committee diba yun bat late?

Nakikipag kamustahan naman ako sa mga batchmates ko na naging kaklase ko din nung college most of us sa Ateneo nag High school at sa Ateneo na din nag college. Yung iba naman teammates ko sa volleyball. Habang busy kami sa pag uusap bigla namang napasigaw si Amy

"Maddie?" Lahat kami napalingon sa kung saan siya napatingin

"Maddie!!!!!!!!!" Sigaw ni Ponggay

Pero mas ikinabigla namin lahat ang babaeng nakasunod kay maddie kasi nakayuko

nang umangat ang ulo niya .........

"JHO?!"
