Jamell's Pov 

My mental health hasn't ever been the best but i feel like cortlen is making it worse. Ever sin melvin caught feelings my midn has been flooded with cortlen. His laugh, his smile he has basically been living in my head rent free. 'You ready to face it?" Melvin asks making me growl. "There ain't nothing to face" i say sliding my blade down the wall. 

When i looked at it i notice i had created cortlen's face. 'You gotta except your feelings' Marcus says and i throw the blade feeling anger rush through my veins. mY therapy sessions with taymor have been no help cause he keeps saying the same thing.

 'Your in love with corlten everyone knows that you feel these feelings deep down and your personalities are trying to open you up to the truth' Taymor's words play in my head. 

"Why did it have to be cortlen!?! MY bestfriend then one person i can't lose. I want him so bad and everytime i see him with lontrell i just wanna blow up the world!" I say. 'Let's kill lontrell so he can be ours' Melvin says. I can't take this anymore. 

Cortlen's Pov 

I heard loud banging at my door and ran to it. I opened it seeing jamell looking at me with an unreadable expression. He has bags under his eyes like he hasn't slept, his pupils are very low and his hands are shaking. "J-jamell-" Before i could even finish his arms are around me holding me tightly. 

"Please don't talk just hold me" Jamell says and i wrap my arms around him not asking any questions. "I-i need you right now" jamell says. 

I didn't think ya'll was still reading this book
