Jamell's Pov 

After a few minutes cortlen let go looking at me with so much concern. "Jamell are you ok?" C cortlen asks and i shake my head. "No i feel like i'm losing my mind" i say and cortlen sighs wrapping his arms back around me. 'Tell him it's now or never' marcus says. "C-cortlen your my best friend which is why this is so hard to say" i admit earning a warm smile. 

"Exactly i'm your best friend which means you can tell me anything and i promise no judgement" Cortlen says making me smile. "Cortlen you have been on my mind for days now and before i was confused but i'm not anymore i think these feelings have always been there but i just hadn't noticed" i admit. 

"But it's to late now i had my chance and i messed it up cause now your with lontrell and-" i start before my face was grabbed and his lips were pressed against mine. 'Finally! Like bro was that so hard' melvin says. I pull away looking at cortlen confused for a few seconds. "Jamell it's not to late" Cortlen says.
