i'm considering making this into a book in the future, with more characters, events, and relationship building, if anyone is interested! i will also give more insight on jungkook's past and explain yoongi's background.
the details and psychological thoughts of jungkook are pretty cryptic here and it's on purpose, it kinda reflects what is going on in his mind as the events fold out. as you can probably tell, he is pretty unpredictable and has a lot of intense emotional mood swings and a result of his childhood trauma.
a lot of his repeating hallucinations are based on the foggy or dizzying effects on the red lights music video, which i tried to portray with words. it was a fun challenge!!
i know the lyrics of red lights that i used in this story do not directly correlate to the meaning i'm using it for, but i thought many of the lines fit the emotions being felt by jungkook.
