"Miss Selene, sabi po ni Maam Ivah deserve mo daw 'yan." Parang lalong nalukot ung mukha ko nang marinig ang sinabi ni George sa kabilang linya. The fuck did Ivah say?

"What the actual fuck George! Are you serious? I don't even know this woman. Bakit ako mastu-stuck sa kanya ng isang araw?"

"Oh God! You can even enjoy a stay at night if you like!" Rinig kong sigaw ni Ivah sa kabilang linya. Mukhang kaharap siya ngayon ni George at nakikinig sa usapan namin. Para akong mag-aalburoto dahil sa panga-gatong niya sa inis ko.

"Ivah! I have schedules tomorrow! Sabihin mo nga sa kanya George!"

"Oh, fuck that. I'll cancel all your meetings! Enjoy your stay. Besides, Emirson even ask for my permission. Alam mo naman na anything that will improve your social life and bratty attitude will be a yes for me." Pakiramdam ko ay sasabog ako lalo nang marinig ang halakhak ni Ivah.

"I swear to God! I will just book a ride—"

"I doubt Emir will let you. She's kinda persistent you know."

"But I don't even know her! Why am I here anyway! What the hell?!—"

"Then get to know her! Para magkaroon ka naman ng friend! Bye." Bago ko pa man mabanggit ang pangalan niya ay ibinababa niya ang tawag. Hindi ko napigilan ang mapabuntong hininga dahil sa inis.

When I look back at the reception, I can still see Emir talking to the receptionist. She even books a two bedroom suite just so we could have something to crash if ever daw na mag-'walwal' kami. As if naman magpapakalasing ako sa araw na ito. I'm not with George, no one would take care of me!

"Are you done?" Napa-angat ang tingin ko ng marinig ang malalim niyang boses. When I look at her, she's already cheeky and smiley again. Parang mas lalong naging busangot ang pagmumukha ko ng makita ko ang bahagya niyang pagtawa at pag-iling.

"C'mon! Sayang naman ang pagpunta mo dito if you're not gonna experience the beach!"

"It's literally two hours away from Manila. Besides, laging dito ang iilang shoot sites namin." I pointed out to her na siyang kinatawa naman niya.

"Then that's good! You can tour me around! It's my first time being here and I'm looking forward for my stay." Isang halakhak pa ang pinakawalan niya bago tuluyang pinangunahan ang paglalakad. I growl in such frustration bago labag sa loob na sinundan siya.

This girl and her whims!

"Let's grab something to eat then we could go shopping for swim wear. Maganda iyong beach front sa may hotel. Let me take some photos of you!" She narrates as we reach a seafood restaurant near the hotel. She even opens the door for me as we make our way inside. Buti na lang talaga ay hindi masyadong stand-out ang suot kong damit. I even have my wayfarers just so I won't be easily recognized.

"Mahal ang TF ko. " masungit kong saad sa kanya. Agad naman siyang natawa dahil sa sagot ko. Hindi ko napigilan ang pag-salubong ng kilay ko nang marinig iyon.

"I guess I would just have to earn more to afford being with you." Napataas ang kilay ko ng marinig ko iyon mula sa kanya. I look at her and saw a glimpse of amusement on her face bago abutin ang menu mula sa waiter.

I try to keep my cool kahit pa pakiramdam ko ay uminit ang magkabilang tenga ko dahil sa sinabi niya. I don't even know if it's a compliment or what! Damn this woman! She never missed to get on my nerves every fucking time!

We both order something heavier to eat. I settle myself with their soup and rice. They even offer some milkshakes kaya um-order na rin ako.

"By the way, you remember our shoot last time? I have finalized some of the shots. Even the management where mesmerize. Gustong-gusto nila iyong mga kuha. You really did well back there. "
