Her abilities relate to those found in Hollywood vampire movies. These abilities include: Advanced speed, transformation into a bat, retractable nails and fangs, great night vision, slightly better strength than the average human, quicker healing and slight hypnosis.
Unlike "vampires" Y/n isn't affected by the sunlight like a vampire would be, the only reason the quirk was named such is because of its sharing similarities with the fictional beings. She is also a lot stronger in the night, allowing her to reach her full potential.
As one would expect, she is able to gain or regain energy and strength with blood. Most of the time she uses her own blood to replenish her energy (by easily just biting into her arm), although another person's blood would give her more strength and energy than her own.
