*3rd person pov*

All Tsu had to do was defeat them. Which was hard due to the fact there is multiple of them and one of her. She was also stressing. How would she be able to tell her teacher that one of his students are not going home ever again. She thought how devastated izuku's parents were going to be or whoever watched over him. She felt guilty about how she could do nothing for him, that he died a a young age but at the same time she thought maybe just maybe he still alive and maybe there is still a chance.

It was cold and dark. What is this place izuku thought. All he could hear was water dripping. He was wet and there was water on the floor like a puddle. He walked around to see if there was a way out. All the sudden he felt as someone was watching him. He then felt someone breathe on his neck. What the hell is that he asked himself not wanting to turn around.

He saw something from the corner of his eye. He couldn't believe what it was. It was some type of dragon claw. The claw look like it was made out of water. Is this someone's quirk he thought. THe last thing he remembered was drowning. am i dead he question. 

" You must be Izuku " Izuku heard something say

" I- yea i am " Izuku said confused on how whatever was talking to him knew his name

" Nice to meet you Izuku " The thing said again

" Nice to meet you i guess but um where are you " izuku asked

" Well it's more of what am i kinda question " The thing said

" Then what are you " Izuku asked

" Well since you asked i'm a dragon of course and i'm behind you " The dragon said indeed behind izuku making him turn

" Oh i have a question " Izuku told the dragon

" Ask away little human " The dragon told him

" Well two, What are you made out of and why am i here " Izuku asked

" Well little human i'm made out of water and you're here yo get your quirk of course " The dragon told izuku

" Um i'm sorry did you say quirk " izuku asked confused

" Yea your quirk is something wrong" The dragon asked

" Well you see i already have a quirk well two actually " Izuku explained

" Well guess what you have 5 more quirks, well more like 4 are kinda one but that doesn't matter " The dragon said

" Oh ok when am i going to get these quirks" izuku asked

" Oh well um you get them i don't really know " The dragon said

" The only  reason you are getting this one is because you're dying " The dragon said

" I'm sorry im what"

" You're dying " The dragon told him

" Of course i am i'm seeing you " Izuku said feeling like he's crazy

" Like i was saying before being interrupted you will only be getting one quirk, this one will be awesome in my opinion" The dragons said

" Um so are you going to tell me and what's your name " Izuku asked

" Well my name is Frost weird right and the quirk is water manipulation" Frost told Izuku

" I'm sorry but can you explain it " Izuku asked confused

" Of course i can, Water manipulation is basically you can make the water do what you want, if you want you can also make ice out of the water you could also use the water to heal other people " Frost explained

" I sorta get it i guess but how am i suppose to control it " Izuku asked not wanting to hurt someone the first time he use it

" Well i guess we get practice in now , why don't we " Frost suggested

After an hour of trying izuku could only get one drop of water picked up and move.

" It's not FUCKING working " Izuku yelled in frustrating

" Be patient you'll get it eventually " Frost told izuku trying to calm him down

" I have to get back, i have to help tsu " Izuku explained

" You can help her from right here, you can help her by staying here and learning how to control your quirk " Frost told him

" Ok " Izuku said in a slight whisper

With tsu

She was ready it's now or never. She was ready to do her plan when all the sudden what was left of the ship started to shake. She looked to the water to see it moving and then it started to make a little mini tornado. She watched as all the villains got sucked in. She then got off the boat and was making her way to where she was before all this happened.

She stopped midway i her steps because something caught her eye. It was the body of izuku. She ran to him hoping he was still alive. She then checked for a heartbeat and luckily she found one. She then cried tears of joy, she didn't have to feel guilty anymore. She then wrapped her tongue around izuku's body. Time to get back with the rest of the class and get izuku medical attention.
