Hi!

It's me, Scott!

I got your number from Wanda's phone. Don't ask me how I did it.

                                                                               Haha, Hi Scott!

You smiled placing your phone back down when someone knocked on your door. You walked over to answer it as it knocked again.

"I'm coming!" You called as you opened the door and Peter fell forward a bit.

"S-Sorry." He said rubbing the back of his neck nervously. You smiled leaning against the wall

"It's fine. Are you ok?" You asked taking note of the small cut on his eyebrow.

"Oh yeah no I'm fine." He said as you leaned on the door, It was hard to see Peter as both Spider-Man and just Peter. Mind boggling, not that it seemed like he couldn't do it just weird to think about, "So um, Happy wanted me to ask you if you wanted food or-"

"Yeah, uhh food would be great."

"You like pizza still right?" He asked smiling and you nodded.

"Who doesn't?"

"Great ill uh, ill text him" He said pulling out his phone and taped it a few times before putting it away again, "Hey are you watching Star Wars without me?" He pointed past you and at the tv before crossing his arms, "You ARE Thats literally so mean"

"It just started chill out. Tell Happy for the pizza guy to bring it up here and we can watch it"

"BET" He said as he walked in and jumped on the bed. You rolled you eyes and sat down next to him, "Oh this is the first one, I love this one" Peter leaned back on the bed, a huge smile plastered on his face and watched it, "Hey did you know that the guy who played Chewie actually had lines he had to say?"

"No I did not" You said crossing your arms and laying back on the pillows. The movie continued playing in the back ground when you turned to face him, "You never answered my question"

"What question?" He asked turning to face you as well,

"Why didn't you tell me you were coming to Germany?"

"Why didnt you?" He said smiling. Peter always had this way to make everything seem so happy. Thats why you loved him and he knew that because he'd say it back. But not the love love kind love, the friend love. You couldn't tell Peter you liked him, you were to scared it'd ruin the friendship and you didnt want that.

"It was a spontaneous trip. My sister's boyfriend surprised her and he asked if I wanted to go to" You lied.

"Ohh that sounds fun. My reason isn't as fun as yours" Of course you knew the answer, thin walls , "Mr Stark asked me to come out here for the internship. I couldn't tell you because I didnt know if i could"

"Never stopped you before" You stated and his brow furrowed,

"Are you saying i cant keep a secret?" You titled your head and hummed,

"Basically"

"WHAT? I sooo can" You chuckled at Peter's playful deflection, knowing deep down that he had a point. While Peter had a tendency to let slip certain details or get carried away with excitement, you trusted him with the truly significant aspects of your lives. His loyalty and genuine care were evident in the bond you shared, even if his secret-keeping skills were occasionally questionable.

The room was filled with the familiar sound

"Peter, you told me what you got me for my birthday a week before, you told me about ht internship when you weren't supposed to, you even told on yourself when you looked at my paper for the anwsers that one time"

"Ok ok, so maybe I cant sometimes. But when it comes to the important stuff I can"

"Like what?"

"Nice try Y/n/n (nickname). Your not getting me that easily"

The room was filled with the familiar sound of the Star Wars theme music, creating an ambiance that enveloped you both in a sense of nostalgia and comfort. As the movie played on the screen, you found yourself engrossed in its captivating storytelling, occasionally sharing comments and trivia with Peter, enhancing the shared experience.

Meanwhile, you couldn't help but glance at Peter from time to time, noticing the subtle expressions on his face as he watched the film. His genuine enthusiasm and childlike wonder resonated with you, reminding you of the reasons why your friendship had endured and grown over the years.

The pizza delivery arrived as requested, and you indulged in slices of your favorite toppings while continuing to enjoy the movie. The casual banter between you and Peter, the laughter, and the shared enjoyment of the film created an atmosphere of ease and contentment, reinforcing the deep connection between you.

In the moment when Luke was in the ship and shooting at the Death Star you turned to face Peter once again, the glow of the screen illuminating his features. The question you had asked earlier lingered in the air, unspoken yet still palpable. The fear of jeopardizing your cherished friendship with Peter held you back from revealing your true feelings, but the longing in your heart remained, buried beneath layers of unspoken words and unexplored possibilities. You thought about potentially telling him that you knew or that you've liked him. But for now, you decided to savor the present moment, relishing in the warmth of Peter's company.
