26 - Calming Everyone Down

I switched on the translation device

      'Calm down everyone' I said in a calm voice, or rather my best attempt at sounding calm. I could feel my heart beating in my throat because of the nerves. If they would actually start a fight I didn't know what I would do.

All the important people in my life were currently in this room.

     'Tell them to lower their weapons' Jungkook hissed and the translation device did its thing

      'Lower your own' Hoseok shouted back as he understood what Jungkook hissed at me

        'Let's all lower our weapons at the same time?' Zhora suggested and I nodded in agreement

        'Like we would trust you' Jin said, he sounded so serious. To be honest Jin was always the funny guy, the one that would lower the tension but then again I had never seen him in the presence of others and I also didn't know what he went through when they were on their scouting expeditions.

This really wasn't going anywhere. 

        'Zhora?' it was Namjoons voice and Zhora looked at him strangely not understanding how he could know her name as she didn't know I explained everything that happened right before they came here.

      'That's me yes' she answered, almost stuttering. She wasn't the only one who was surprised. Everyone in the room was surprised as to why Namjoon called her out

       'Thank you for saving my sister'

Zhora was too stunned to speak so eventually she only gave him a half nod.

Namjoon looked at his friends 'the story makes sense, if they helped y/n I am willing to trust them'

I looked gratefully at my brother, it also seemed to convince The Others as Taehyung and Jimin were slowly lowering their weapons, not Jungkook though he was still with his weapon ready, carefully assessing the actions of the humans in the room.

       'so? she also said she escaped so she was their captive' Yoongi gritted through his teeth, which was indeed perceptive of him. 

      'Yes, maybe they were nice to her to get information but would eventually end up experimenting on her or something' Hoseok added

       'us experimenting on her? oh that's rich coming from a filthy human' Jungkook was properly angry and I couldn't blame him but the tone he had used before was composed but not this time.

Zhora and I exchanged a glance and I knew what she meant, we both had that hint of panic because this definitely wasn't going well and Hoseok mentioning experimenting only reminded Jungkook of his fiancé.

I saw how Namjoon and Jin looked taken aback by Jungkook's aggressive outburst while Hoseok and Yoongi prepared themselves for a fight.

      'Call me filthy again and ill fucking kill you' Hoseok shouted angrily 

     'Hobi, he has a reason' I said

Hoseok's eyes spat fire and they soon met mine

      'His fiancé was experimented on by humans, she was a scout, they came here to talk but our leaders took them apart'

all their mouths dropped

      'what?' Namjoon asked me

       'no that's a lie y/n, they are playing mind games on you! don't you understand?' Yoongi said. I had to admit I was a bit disappointed that he didn't believe me. I knew he went through a lot, and it was also my initial reaction the first time Taehyung told me but this time it was me that told Yoongi.
