6 months later:
"Mrs Diego?" I heard someone say next to me as I turned my head I saw mine and Jeremiah's baby laying in the nurses arms as she passed her over to me, as I shed a few tears with Jeremiah stood next to me. "She looks just like you" Jeremiah said kissing my temple as he wiped the falling tear from my eye.
I passed her over to Jeremiah as the nurse walked back in the hospital room, "Have you figured a name?" She asked as I looked to Jeremiah and he smiled and nodded his head in approval "Rue" I spoke which was my mother's name before she died while giving birth to me, and it was a lovely name.
The nurse nodded her head writing it down as she left, "I love you both" Jeremiah said as I sat up a bit more for Jeremiah to sit on the bed as Rue was fast asleep.
3 months ago me and Jeremiah married in the Bahamas where Lucia proposed to Olivia on the beach and Rachel found out she was pregnant.
Lucas and Rachel have been happily moved into their new house and only 6 months and there'll be another baby as there isn't long until Hailey and Grayson will be adding another addition to their family.
Noah and Parker are happy living their life to the fullest with friends and them two have gotten a lot closer since everyone started making moves while them two clubbed.
Wesley and Camila finally spoke about their breakup where they admitted their love for each other, but they both made the decision to keep apart, for now at least as Camila's training more around fighting and Wesley's busy out on business with Colton and Will.
Colton and Will, honestly I'd be lying if I said I've seen Colton happier since I've been with everyone. They're probably the cutest couple in the house, and last week went on a holiday together to Bora Bora.
Which takes me back to Me, Jeremiah and Rue.

As it's only 5am and the nurses said I could leave later me and Jeremiah are going to surprise everyone at the house around 11am with Rue.

11am:
"Hey!" Hailey shouted opening the front door with Grayson as Kenzie walked behind them as me and Jeremiah stood in the kitchen where I held Rue.
"You should really-" "Omg" Hailey started but interrupted herself when she saw me Jeremiah and Rue, Hailey, Grayson and Kenzie walked over as Grayson picked her up and side hugged Jeremiah as Hailey embraced me in a tight hug minding the baby. "Meet Rue" I spoke as Hailey smiled brightly as I passed Rue over to her.
20 minutes later:
As we invited Grayson, Hailey and Kenzie around earlier everyone started coming in now.
"It's too early for this my head is banging!" I heard Parker complain walking through the door with Noah, Wesley, Colton, Will, Louis, Melissa, Lucas, Rachel, Olivia and Lucia.
"Will you stop complaining!" Noah shouted back as he turned to see me holding Rue and Jeremiah playing with her fingers. "Holy-" Parker started but what interrupted by Jeremiah "No swearing" to which everyone chuckled including me as I looked down to Rue who was now awake.

During the day everyone held Rue, but it was especially funny when Parker held her as I remember him looking like Jeremiah the first time he held Kenzie.
"You okay?" I heard Jeremiah say snapping me out of my thoughts as I held Rue outside watching the sunset with me as Jeremiah pulled a chair next to me.
"I'm great" I smiled to Jeremiah as he kissed my lips as I passed Rue over to him
"I love you so much" I said observing him and Rue.
"I love you more" Jeremiah replied as he pulled me onto his lap as he held Rue in his arm.
"I can't believe I'm this lucky to have you and Rue all to myself" Jeremiah said as I chuckled.
"Your mine" Jeremiah said pulling me back into a kiss.
