I woke up the next day in Mikey's bed. He was sitting up against the headboard asleep while I laid my head on his lap. I felt bad keeping him up all night, but he insisted I spent the night in his room to keep an eye on me. I carefully got up, trying not to wake him, and looked in the mirror.

My makeup ran down my face, and my eyes were puffy. I opened the medicine cabinet, grabbed my toothbrush, and started to brush my teeth. I grabbed a towel from the hall closet and hopped in the shower. The warm water felt so nice on my skin. I heard a light knock at the door.

"YN?" Mikey said softly.

"Yeah?"

"Can I sit in there with you?" He asked.

I sighed. He would break down the door if I didn't say yes. I opened the black shower curtain to unlock the door and quickly shut the curtain.

"Come in."

I heard the door open, and Mikey grunted, pulling himself onto the counter to sit. I felt like I just got back from the hospital two years ago. For months, he wouldn't let me shower alone. The only privacy I would get was from behind the blacked-out shower curtain.

"Do you really have to supervise me? I won't do anything," I said.

"I don't believe you. We aren't going through this again, YN," he said.

I sighed, continuing my shower. I rinsed everything out of my hair and turned the shower off.

"I'll be in my room. Find me when you're done," he said, leaving the bathroom so I could step out.

I sat on my bed with the towel wrapped around me. I can't believe I got my ass kicked by Moebius, and now Baji leaving? Since when did I become such a wuss? I know what I need to do, and sadly, this is the only way. I need to infiltrate Valhalla.

I got up and tore through my closet until I found the hidden box I kept behind everything. I opened it and sighed. I took out the white shirt I kept safely stored in there. I stared at it for a while and then neatly set it down. I grabbed the key underneath it and used it to unlock the small door on the side of the closet. I reached in and grabbed the gun Shinichiro kept there just in case.

I set it on the bed and began to get dressed. I tucked the gun in the back of my pants and put on my shoes. I walked out to the balcony and took a deep breath in.

"A two-story jump can't hurt that much, right?" I whispered to myself.

I stood on top of the balcony and took one last deep breath before jumping. My ankles stung a bit, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. I hopped on my bike and made a run for it, knowing Mikey would follow behind if he heard me.
