Malia fastened her seatbelt.

"Okay. Hands on the wheel, at 10:00 and 2:00." Kira spoke.

"Actually, the recommended position is now 9:00 and 3:00." Lydia contradicted her. "At 10:00 and 2:00 a deployed airbag can break your thumbs."

I saw how Malia looked at her worried.

"Don't worry, you'd heal." I raised my eyebrows. "You can do this. Just try not destroying your car."

"I can do this." She grabbed the wheel.

She started the car and stepped on the accelerator a little.

"All right. Just ease into it." Kira spoke nervously.

Malia started well. All good.

"Good, good, okay. There you go." Kira smiled nervously.

"Please shut up." Malia told her trying to concentrate.

"No problem. Shutting up." Kira laughed nervous.

Malia kept going and started driving towards the side of the road.

"Um...Malia." I saw how we got out of the road.

"Uh...other way." Kira spoke.

Malia got out of the road and we of us looked at each other.

"Great, we're in the grass, yay." I spoke sarcastically.

"Other way. Malia." Kira spoke scared.

"Malia." Lydia spoke when the car began to beep.

Malia was going towards a tree.

"What is that? What is beeping?" Malia asked.

"It's the car telling you you're going straight towards a tree." I replied scared.

"Turn, turn, turn." Lydia repeated.

"Malia, turn the wheel for God's sake." I gripped the seat.

Malia turned the wheel, dodging the tree. I sighed in relief and looked out the window.

"I think my blood pressure dropped." I put my hand on my chest.

Malia returned to the road but began to turn around in circles.

"Okay, sure. Uh, this is called a U-turn." Kira spoke.

"You said, "Turn the wheel." Malia shrugged.

Malia kept spinning.

"Ok, this is an O turn now." I spoke.

"Maybe you should press a little harder on the gas..." Lydia suggested.

Malia pressed the gas and I held onto everything I could.

"Malia, we said a little bit." I spoke and she looked at me. "No, no, no, look back to the front, oh my God."
