Kaiden's POV :

•One Month Later•

Kagagaling ko lang sa part time job ko at kakapasok ko palang sa glass door nitong condominium na tinitirahan ko, nasa may lobby ako ng tawagin ako ng isa sa mga staff doon.

Lumingon ako at tinignan ito.

"Kaiden from top floor unit A80 right?" Tanong uli nito kaya tinanguan ko nalang sya.

"Ito po may sulat ka." At ibinigay nya nga sakin ang isang dark blue envelope kaya inabot ko ito.

"Thanks." Ani ko at tumalikod na, may narinig pa akong bulungan pero hindi ko na pinansin pa ito at nagpatuloy na sa paglalakad papuntang elevator para makapagpahinga na sa unit ko.

Tinignan ko ng mabuti ang sobreng nasa kamay ko, nang mapansin kong galing pala ito sa Ryō High University.

Siguro hindi ako nakapasa, debali na marami pa namang iba jan. Pwede pa naman sigurong kumuha ng exam kung saan nag aaral si Shun.

Nang makapasok ako ng unit ko ay agad na bumungad sakin ang AI robot ko na ginawa ko at pinangalanang Gin.

"Welcome back master." Saad nito.

Pinakita ko ang hawak kung sobre sa kanya.

"Hindi ata ako nakapasa kaya may paganito sila." Saad ko sabay hagis ng envelope sa mini table na nandito sa living area.

Kinuha nya ito at tinignan sabay sulyap sakin kaya tinanguan ko siya hudyat na gawin nya ang nais nya kaya binuksan nya ito at binasa. Habang patuloy naman ako sa pagtabi ng mga gamit ko sa trabaho.

"Certification of Scholarship from Ryō High University." Panimula nito ngunit hindi ko na pinakinggan pa ang iba niyang sinabi, masyado na akong nagugutom para makinig pa.

"What should i get for dinner?" Bulong ko sa sarili at pumuntang kitchen area para tignan kung anong pwedeng lutuin

'Hmm... A simple curry will do and a dumplings with some side dishes.'

Turan ko, satisfied with what I have decided. Pero bago pa man yun ay minabuti ko munang pumuntang kwarto ko upang makapagpalit ng mas kumportableng damit.

Nang matapos akong makapagpalit ng damit ay bumalik agad ako para makapagsimula ng magluto. An oversize white t-shirt and a dark blue baggy pants. As I tie my hair in a half up and half down then grab some apron that's hanging at the side pillar.

At nagsimula na nga akong mag prepare while cleaning and cutting some necessary ingredients for the my dinner.

After cooking, I serve myself and go at the living room and sit while turning on some musical on my way.

Kung nagtataka kayo kung may kasama ba ako sa condo unit ko ay wala ang sagot, mag-isa lang ako at tanging mga invention ko lang ang kasama ko.

Malaki ang condo unit ko kung tutuusin dalawang unit 'to pinag-isa lang. Pagmamay-ari ito ni papa na iniwan niya para sakin, umalis ako sa bahay kung nasaan ang step mom at step sister ko.

Too spacious for one person? I know that already. But what would I say it's from my papa so why complain. After all this place is perfect.

I have everything I need in here. Especially the things my father left behind and his other unfinished works that will be soon completed by me.

Study room, game room, library, work place for exercise, stock room, and especially the work place my father owned before, his lab. That is now mine.

Living that place I so called home before, na tanging ang susi at brief case lang ni papa ang dala kasama ang pinakang una kong invention noong umalis ako sa tulong ng head maid namin na si Mrs. Helen. Baliwala nalamang sakin ang lugar na iyo. But that place is a very special place for me but unfortunately as long as, nandoon ang mag inang iyon hindi ako babalik doon. I would rather not see them, up until now I still remember what have they done to me behind my father's back. Tsk, a total manipulative woman with a devil of a daughter.

Sighing, I just focus on eating my food. My aching stomach are more important than with the kinds of that people.

Pagkatapos kong kumain ay agad ko ring hinugasan ang pinagkainan ko. At bumalik sa living room kung nasaan si Gin.

Sinalubong ako nito nang makita ako at inabot ang hawak niyang papel na sa tingin ko'y ang tanging laman lamang ng envelope na dala ko.

Yan lang ang mga nakakuha ng atensyon ko dahil siguro sa pagod o sadyang pagkatamad kong magbasa pa ng pagkahaba-habang sulat. Well, I got the memo after all that's what matters the most.

"Congrats master, you've done well."

"Thanks but it's nothing compare from having him back." Saad ko habang nakatingin sa isang litrato ng isang lalaki.

"You should take a rest master."

"You go charge up then, Gin. I'll stay a lil bit to do some work, planning on a new blue prints for upcoming program for my soon to be school." Saad ko rito.

He nod his metalic head and made his way to my room to his energy booth.

Making my way on my study room, I pick up some tools that I will be needed to start a new planning for a new addition on my invention.

While doing so my phone suddenly start to ring, meaning I got a call from someone.

I pick it up and saw the callers I.D, making me sigh.

("Kai...") Said from the other line.

"Hey." I unenthusiastically said.

("What an enthusiastic greeting you have there.") They said sarcastically.

"And what a sarcasm you have there" I playfully fired back.

("Haha anyway share me some news. How are you?")

"I have nothing to share except that i got in with a– your oh so called flying colors in the special exam and I'm doing fine."

("Oh! I knew it! That's my lady. And also I might get back early than intended.")

"When?" I said raising a brow to nothingness.

("I'll be there in three months. The project here that'll be taking for one year got shorten and that's all thanks to you.")

"I did nothing and see you in three months then i guess."

("Yeah see you in three months my lady.")

"Shut it." I said having a little twinkle in my eyes after ending the call.

Continuing my bidding and got to work and start to draw some idea that came to mind.

'I just hope they let me have it after the program is done.'

"I will make you proud of me papa." I said before going back from what I was working on.
