RUBY

"Ruby umayos ka nga. You're filling the room with negative energy. Ayusin mo mukha mo." Sermon ni Iris habang nilalapag yung 6 boxes of pizza sa table.

Mas sumimangot ako.

Iris Zamora, she's an actress. Siya ang isa sa mga una kong naging kaibigan nung pumasok ako sa acting industry. Isa rin siya sa mga tumulong sakin pagdating sa english. Masungit most of the time, mabait depende sa mood.

"Why are you sulking about one negative comment about your outfit anyway. It's not like you even know them. So why bother?" si Kaylee.

This is Kaylee Hunt. A half British - half Filipino model. Nagkakilala kami sa isa sa mga after party ni Keifer. Kaylee and I instantly clicked and decided to keep in touch simula nun.

Nasa bahay kami ngayon ni Arsinoe. Nasa movie room niya, to be exact. We're all wearing our onesies. Dinosaur kay Iris, Stitch kay Kaylee, Unicorn kay Arsinoe, Panda sa akin, while Olaf kay Irene.

"By the way, how are your fans taking the news about your break up with Gian?"

I lied down and covered my face with a pillow. I've been trying to dodge this topic tons of times already. I don't want to talk about it and I haven't opened my social media accounts ever since we broke up.

You see, I had a rough life. Only a handful of people know that. I have no idea who and where my real parents are. Ang alam ko lang, they abandoned me. Pinamigay ako sa bahay ampunan. Madumi at palaging gutom. That was me before. Pero hindi lang yan. I also tried all the bad things parents nowadays warn their children not to get into. Smoking, drugs, and other bad stuff, name it. I didn't willingly do it, but the friends I made along the way, influenced and forced me. But I am not proud and will never be proud for doing those things in the past.

When I turned 12, my life started to change. Pasko yun nung nadiscover ako ng isang talent agent. Sinubukan kong mag caroling mag-isa para mabilhan ang sarili ng bagong damit para sa bagong taon at yung unang bahay na napuntahan ko ay bahay pala niya. Long story short, maganda raw ako at nagustuhan niya boses ko. Pwede raw ako maging artista.

Knowing that I was an orphan, siya na ang kumupkop sa akin. Sabi niya, bumawi nalang daw ako sa kanya kapag sikat na ako. That's when he then signed me up for The Voice Kids. That was my big break because I won. Dun nagsimula ang kasikatan ko.

With the money I earned, I decided to get a private tutor para pag aralin ako. Ayokong masabihan na sikat pero bobo. Marami rin akong projects na natanggap. I entered the acting industry as well. My name was making so much noise in the showbiz industry but something unexpected happened. Ynigo, the talent agent who discovered me, tried to rape me. I was 16. I got away but he threatened me and told me na it was the least I could've done para raw makabawi sa kanya.
