Connor rarely gets sick and when he does its bad, He woke up to get ready for school he had a sharp pain in his chest, he ignored the pain and walked into the bathroom he looked T himself he was pale, paler than normal his skin felt clammy and his breathing was shallow. Again he ignored it and brushed his teeth he pulled on a hoodie and his jeans then he grabbed his bag and walked down stairs

" morning," he rasped
Zoe glared at him " are you fucking high at 7 am,"
Connor started to protest when Larry cut him off " of course he's high when isn't he,"
"Connor i don't want you going to school high,"
"I'M NOT FUCKING HIGH, JESUS," Connor shouted walking out the door he stormed down the street rubbing his arm trying to get his body more warmth, he coughed into his hoodie and shoved in his headphones and exit music by radio head started playing.
His walk to school was a moderate amount of time, he didn't even notice he was wheezing until he took out his headphone out, his chest pain was still there he pulled on his hood and kept his head down, he shoved his hands in his pockets and walked to.his locked coughing a few times
"Oh hey hot topic,"
"Fuck off kleinman,"
Connor was just tired he shivered he was shaking one minute and the next he was sweltering hot.
He shoved his bag into his locker and walked past jared kleinman
"Freak,"
Connor was just done, normal connor would of shouted back, maybe even shoved or punched him but he didn't he was walked past and flipped him off.
He found himself in the library and he moved to a desk at corner of the room he lent his head on the desk he wanted to go home, he wanted to sleep it hurt to breathe.
The bell rang soon enough and he stumbled to class and sat in the back corner
He lent on his arms and shut his eyes trying to relax he coughed and he felt something sit in his mouth he felt like snot
' fan fucking tastic' Connor thought
He knew he was sick, but his family.eoulsnt believe him
Connor tried to.sleep but the teach er called on him
He slowly raised his head and looked at her, he knew she was going to scream at him
" Connor murphy what are you doing,"
" trying to" Connor cut himself off with a coughing fit
He groaned and let his head fall on the table he ignored the teacher
"H-hey, that cough sounded bad," a voice squeaked
"No shit Sherlock," Connor rasped his throat stinging with every work he spoke
" n-no l-like s-stay at home bad,"
Connor raised his head to look at the person who was talking to him, the boy had on a blue polo shirt with light brown khakis on he had a cast
"You don't think I know that,"
" o-o-oh sorry, I'm evan by the way,"
Connor nodded and lent his chin on his hand.

The class flew by Connor and evan passing notes to each other. Once they reach lunch Connor was up and put of the room and walked to the computer lab he just wanted to finish his history assessment he has half way through proof reading it when he starting coughing, he didn't stop he was getting stares, he stopped to.breath which he found difficult.
" Connor I think you should go home, you seem really sick," Evan muttered
" my parents like to think I'm high,"
" a-are you?"
" no, I've been trying to quit it,"
Connor suddey stood up and ran out of the lab
"Shit," evan muttered and ranafter Connor
He rushed into the bathroom and he heard vomiting
"Connor, my mums a nurse, she taught me some stuff, can I check you,"
Connor slammed the bathroom stall open
" fine,"
Evan smiled and patted the sinks and Connor jumped up on the bench and sat there his legs slightly dangling from the ground, he saw evan hesitate to place his hand on connors forehead when he didn't Connor sighed, good Evans skin was cold
" you feel really hot,"
Connor watched as evan pulled a thermometer out of his bag and put it in connors ear there was a beep and evan pulled it out and looked at it
" 101 degrees Fahrenheit, shit Connor, you gotta got to the nurse,"
" no, I'm," Connor was once again cut off by coughing
"Fine, I'll go to the stupid nurse,"
Connor and evan make there way down to the nurses office it was quiet, Connor was think how soft Evans hands were on his skin
When they reached the nurses office evan smiled at the nurse
" hiya evan, what's wrong?" She smiled
Evan shooked his head and pulled Connor into the office
" oh God deary why did you come to school,"
" parents made me,"
She sighed and turned to her table and pulled her stethoscope and placed it on his chest
" just breathe,"
Connor attempted to slow his breathing and she sighed
" it sounds like you have some build up in your lungs, I'm going to give you father a call,"
Connor was too tired to protest he just laid down on the bench and shut his eyes.
