21.Shameful or heartful?

Days passed like this. There was no any improvement in sidneet as Avu was ways busy with the books and her studies. Sid was still trying to catch up with her but failed as there were many obstacles in between. Now he is getting frustrated as he was not able to meet her and alos is not able to understand a single word from the classes.

On the other hand, Ri was trying to calm the situation. He was with Sid all day to make him calm. Also, some boys and girls were bullying them but they being illiterate of English, couldn't even guess what they are doing. Avu is getting little frustrated from the new taunts but she is calming herself down.

In new day...
It was a normal day. Sid and Ri were in canteen discussing about some work related to their deal. Again Raj and those silly group came there. Ri rolled his eyes but sighed.

Raj : Ohhh.. So some one is getting furious ha?

(Ri again rolled his eyes. Raj and his group started teasing and taunting them. Just then Avu came there with her books. There were many books in her hands because of which she is loosing her balance. Ri and Sid who saw this got up quickly to help her.

But before they could reach to her Raj pushed her and she fell down. Sid and Ri's eyes got widened. They first went to help Avu. Sid made her stand and Ri collected the books and put them on the table)

Sid : Thik ho tum? (YOU OK?)

Avu : Ha. Thank you

Ri : Bhab.. Umm.. Avneet..

Avu : Thik hoon(OK)

(They sighed)

Sid : Kya kar rahe the aap? Usko lag jaati to? (WHAT WERE YOU DOING? WHAT IF SHE GOT HURT?)

Raj : Accha. To tum the na bachaane ke liye. (OH.. SO WERE HERE NA TO HELP HER)

Riya : yes. Waise bhi aata hi kya hain tumhe? Bass college aate ho aur chale jaate ho. Iss kaddu jaise dimaag mein kuch hain bhi ya nahi? (YES.ALSO, WHAT ELSE DO YOU KNOW? JUST COME TO COLLEGE AND GOING BACK. DO YOU EVEN HAVE SOMETHING IN THIS POTATO LIKED BRAIN?)

(Avu was getting furious)

Sid : Dekhiye aap... (LISTEN YOU...)

Raj : Kya aap? Apni sangini ki help karo. Usko godi mein bithakar uska khayaal rakho. Hain na Avneet??? (WHAT YOU? HELP YOUR WIFE. TAKE HER ON YOUR LAP AND TAKE HER CARE. RIGHT AVNEET?)

(Avneet who got furious was about to say something but Riya interrupted)

Riya : kya hua Avneet? Bolo na. Aur ha. I know ki tum behenji type ki ladki ho par mujhe pata nahi gha ki tumhari choice itni bakwaas hogi. (WHAT HAPPENED AVNEET? SAY NA. AND HA.. I KNOW YOU ARE NERD TYPE GIRL BUT I DIDN'T THINKS THAT YOUR CHOICE IS THIS LOW)

Raj : Hmm. Wahi toh. Kya Avneet? Koi sheher ka dhundh leti. Jisko dhang se English aati ho. Isko to yeh bhi pata nahi chalta ki log iska majaak bana rahe hain. (THAT'S WHAT. WHAT AVNEET? YOU SHOULD HAVE FIND SOMEONE FROM CITY. WHO ATLEAST KNOWS ENGLISH. HE TOH CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT HE IS BEING TEASED)

Riya : Shayad iski aukaad hi itni nichi hain. Sheher ka koi mila nahi hoga toh gaav ka pakad ke le aayi jisko kuch ghanta nahi aata. (I GUESS SHE IS CHEAP ONLY. SHE COULDN'T GET SOMEONE FROM CITY THAT'S WHY TOOK SOME ONE FROM VILLAGE WHO DOESN'T EVEN KNOW A DAMN)

(Ri and Sid were not angry buy were feeling shameful as because of them Avu has to listen these. They were looking down as somewhere they thought Raj is saying truth. While Avu was just thinking and staring at nothing)

Raj : Apne uss do kaudi ke baap ko bataya hain ya nahi isske baare mein? (HAVE YOU TOLD THAT TWO RS FATHER OF YOURS OR NOT?)

(That's it he got tightest slap on his face from Avu)

Avu : How dare you?

Raj : You...

Avu : I listened everything you said about me. But about my family and friends not a word. These are your manners and etiquettes? I think your parents didn't taught you these. Ha?

Raj : Just..

Avu : What? Now what happened? Got angry? Then don't give names to my father as well.

(Saying this she was about to go but that buffello spoke again.)

Raj : But what I said about this illiterate is 100 percent truth.

(Avu turned)

Riya : You also know that your image can be harmed due to this illiterate idiot. Oh come on he doesn't even English. How can you be his friend man? This cheap boy.

(They were saying and saying. Avu lost her control. She slapped Riya so hard that she fell on the ground)

Avu : Mind your language Miss. Riya. Don't dare you call them cheap by your bloody mouth. Do you even know them?

Raj : what the hell you..

Avu : Just shut up. (To Riya) : And you what did you call them? Cheap? Shall I tell you how CHEAP you are? Bullying others, beating random scared girls everyday, acting like a stone hearted girl, don't even care about reputation of her parents. Aren't these cheap things? These two maybe don't know English but they have a kind heart. I can definitely say that if they saw me lying unconscious on the road, they will help me until I will be fine. But I know you won't because you don't even have heart. These two can do anything but will not do anything which can affect a girl's respect. But you.. You are a girl then also you can easily make other girls' head down. This is called cheap things. And from now if you dare.. Sorry.. If anyone dare to call them cheap or try to bully them.. I swear you will not be able to face anyone the next day. Remember this.

(With that she took a deep breath. All were just looking at her. She looked at Ri and Sid whose mouth were open. She glared them. They got scared. She went near them and took both of their hands and dragged them somewhere)
