Step One) You will need some form of headphones / earphones. Whether it's wireless or not. Go onto YouTube and find an 8D shifting subliminal. As its 8D, it'll feel as though the subliminal is moving around your head.

Step Two) When the audio feels like it's going behind your head, inhale
When it feels like its going in front of your face, exhale.

Step Three) Count everytime the audio goes around your head.

Step Four) Everytime you get to a certain series of numbers (eg multiples of 5) , repeat affirmations about shifting. The affirmations can be any tense, such as :

I am shifting
I have shifted
Isnt it wonderful how I've shifted
Isnt it wonderful how Im currently shifting

This is a method where its your decision whether you fall asleep or not. Most people use it as an awake method though, and just open their eyes when they feel they are definitely in their desired reality.
