You DO NOT need a script! If you want something similiar to a script, I recommend making a pinterest board for your dr. theres notes on pinterest boards where you can put information that cant be put as images!

This is not possible, do not stress! You cannot get stuck in your desired reality.

Nope. It depends on what method you want to use. Some methods are awake methods, and some require you to fall asleep.
4. You need to raise your vibrations and use subliminals
Its not necessary, its really just a step people like doing but its not significant.
5. You can teach people from different realities how to shift
I have seen this going round on tiktok. It isn't possible. The people your trying to get to shift do NOT have bodies to return to/use/come to.
6. You can only shift to certain worlds
By certain worlds I mean places like Mystic Falls and Hogwarts. But no, you can go to any world. Whether its anime or whatever!
