||This OC was inspired by a webcomic I saw an ad for. The main character visits people in their sleep and no one can see them when they're in the form that isn't their normal form. one night someone did actually see them, confusing them... I don't know the name of the webcomic, but I want to give credit of the original idea to whomever created that webcomic||

↬Personality: Hayden was always well liked by everyone he met, he was always kind to others and treated them with respect. he is willing to help people out with anything they asked about. even though he is a kind person, he also loves challenges which is why he tends to go for more difficult classes in school. he also managed to get in with the popular group at his school, which he didn't know how he did that, but he did.
even though Hayden is a kind boy, he loves to mess with people's dreams. he loves to take the most innocent, sweet dreams and twist them into the most horrifying nightmares he can possibly think of. it's like a game to him, to see how scared he can make the sleeping person feel just from a single nightmare.
when it comes to his partner, he is absolutely sweet and loves to spoil them, going out of his way to give them flowers or their favorite drinks/snacks on random days. He loves to take them out on small dates whenever he can or even just relax around the house/apartment all day. with his partner, he doesn't twist their dreams to make them nightmares, instead he tends to make their dreams as happy and nice as he can.
↬Background: Hayden doesn't really know anything about his birth parents, when he was born, he was put up for adoption. The only thing he had from his biological parents was a letter for him to read when he turned 16. The letter explained what he was and the different things he could do.
he wasn't adopted for the first few years of his life, so he was bounced around the foster care system for about 6 years. there were several bad families that he was placed with before he ended up with a loving family who adopted him after a year.
it took him a while to try see trust them and to drop his tough exterior and stop lying all the time to protect himself from punishment. he started going to public school and almost immediately was adopted into a group of kids whom he stuck with through high school.
