Jungkook's POV,

I jolted awake when the bus stopped with a pulse. "We're here." "Finally!" "Woo hoo!" Kids shouted as the door of the bus opened and the fresh mountain wind swept over my face, smelling of mud and wild flowers.

Last week's activities reeled in my fuzzy mind—— Winning the championship still felt like a dream. The principal, who might be the biggest fan of Kpop, invited both of the teams to his office right after the prize giving ceremony and asked us to make a bigger group that could dance and sing at the same time. At first it seemed impossible because of our totally different nature of performing art. Namjoon and I couldn't dance, and I doubted Taehyung too. Jimin's singing was below average, hearing him singing in the bathroom was enough torture, and I was not sure about the other two. However there wasn't any other choice left but to agree with the principal. So we shook hands and settled the deal.

"Now get off everyone." Prof. Bang roared with a two octave higher voice, "From here on, you'll have to hike all the way to the campsite." Beckoning the students to follow him.

The bus unloaded within a minute. Sitting on the backseat, I watched them go. My eyes were hooded, tired. There must be bags under them. A four hour sleep wasn't enough to climb all the way to the mountaintop. So I groaned, leaning back against the seat.

Taehyung's neck was arching over my shoulder, the noises of those crazy weirdos couldn't wake him up, and my neck was stiff because of this sleeping position. Urgently I needed to stretch it before it got permanently paralyzed.

"Hey," I said over his blue bangs, my voice betraying what little sleep I’ve had. "You sleepyhead, get up."

The blue head lifted up a little. He opened eyes forcefully to close them again when he yawned without covering his mouth, lips slightly dried. "Where are we?"

  "In heaven."

Failed to catch the sarcasm, subtly he pulled back his arm which was tangled with mine since when I had no idea. "Oh we're already here!"

"Oh shit! Yes." Suddenly I remembered Jieun was in the other van led by our bus.

I snatched my guitar sitting on the other seat and climbed down the bus like it had caught fire.

'Where are you, my Shizuka?' Patiently, impatiently I searched for her in the crowd. A total of fifty five students had come to this excursion along with eight professors to explore the serenity of Mount Jirisan and valley.

Finally, a moment later I caught a glimpse of her, wearing the same black jeggings paired with a pink sweatshirt and neon-pink Nike sneakers I'd seen her last night getting in the suv. She was busy pulling out her backpack from the van's backseat when I approached.

  "Good morning,"

"Jungkook! Hey, good morning." She turned to me with that prettiest smile of her, thin brown strands falling over her beautiful face, I found my soul tangled in them.
