Bella PoV

"What's happening here?"

I slowly pulled myself away from Antonio and turned around looking at my sister who was staring at me. My heart started thumping loudly when I realized it was the first time I saw her after all those years. The memories of us playing in the garden with the mud when mom used to scold us, was still fresh in my mind. Back then she was so shy and timid but now she's a grown up woman. Her dark brown hair was hanging loose reaching up to her hip. She has the same eyes as our mother. Now when I look close to her she's the carbon copy of our mother.

"Elena.." I whispered to myself.

For some reason I was scared. I was scared of her reaction. It's been more than ten years and I'm afraid what if she didn't love me as she does when we were kids.

She slowly walked towards us. I froze when my eyes moved down to her huge baby bump. And everything came back at me once. I knew she was pregnant, I saw her but seeing her this close made my entire world spin.

Elena is pregnant, my sister is pregnant and Pearl is the father of her child. I felt a lump in my throat when she stood right infront of me.

"What happened to you?" Her eyes snapped to Pearl beside me as she touches his forehead.

The way she got worried looking at him was squeezing my heart and I took a step back bumping into someone. I turned and saw Liam.

"Pearl, show me." Elena said sternly and pulled his face by his chin and then I saw a line of blood and a red bump on the left side of his forehead.

"It's bleeding. And why are there broken pieces on the floor?" She asked him.

Nobody said anything and her eyes snapped to me.

"Who are you?"

Silence

I couldn't even form a single word. Her eyes furrowed in confusion when she looked at me.

"Elena—she's Bella." Melissa broke the silence.

"Bella? I don't know—Bella?" Her eyes widen when realization dawned on her and she looked at me with wide eyes.

"You're Bella?" She asked me shocked and looked at Pearl who nodded at her.

"You—you are alive!"

Well, I do expected her to say this but why does it hurt to hear that from her mouth.

"Yes, I am." I said looking at her.

"But they said—where were you?" Her expression quickly changed into confusion.

I took a step closer to her but she step back, "I—

She didn't let me finish and spoke,

"You're alive and didn't even think of telling them."

I frowned.

"Elena I—" she cut me off again.

"You know me?" She asked confused.

"Ofcourse I know you, you're my—" I stopped when I realized they didn't told her about me.

"You guys didn't told her?" I asked looking at everyone but they looked away.

You have got to be fucking kidding me.

"What is she talking about?" She asked looking at Grace and the others.

"Elena, Bella is your sister." Grace said and she looked at us confused when the realization dawned on her and she stumbled on her steps.

"I don't understand."
