Your eyes opened slowly while reacting to the strong lights, blinding your eyesight.

Closing them again to regain vision you noticed that you weren't on the ground. You were being moved or more like being carried.

Trying to figure out who was the one carrying you, you started to move trying to turn around to see who was it that was carrying you instead of waking you up.

"We'll you stop moving?" You heard inouske speak meaning that it was him who was carrying you.

"Inouske hi mind putting me down I don't like being carried," you said while both your arms were hanging down his back and your head was lifted up a bit so he could hear you.

"I do mind putting you down now stay still," inouske said while putting you back to how you were before you moved.

"Y/n-Chan! You're awake!" You heard zenitsu say, inouske stopped walking as the yellow head came up in front of him and continued walking till he was behind inosuke and was now facing you.

"Hey, sunshine mind explaining why I'm being carried?" You said looking at zenitsu while smiling. His face heated up a little bit due to your warm smile.

Inouske grunted and continued walking not wanting to hear you and zenitsu talk.

"You don't remember? You fainted and you wouldn't wake up, so we decided to carry you," he said while waking a bit faster due to inouske speeding up.

"Ah I see," you said nodding your head.

"And right now we are heading for the demon that we came here for," zenitsu said in case you forgot that too.

"I do remember that," You said smiling. He nodded and asked, "are you feeling better y/n-Chan?" He asked with a worried expression.

You nodded at him indicating that you were in fact feeling better.

After some time you wanted to walk, you didn't want inosuke to get tired and you wanted to talk to zenitsu, so for some time, you were trying to get inosuke to put you down.

"Boar put me down please,"
"No,"
"Please,"
"No,"

Both of you kept going back and forth, but he didn't want to put you down. He wanted to keep carrying you. It was the only way that you could be close to him, if he were to put you down you would talk with tanjiro or zenitsu.

Even if you didn't talk to him he wanted you to be close to him either way. He didn't want to let you go just yet.

"I promise I can walk now. Let me down I don't want you to get tried," he shook his head making you groan.

"No, what if you faint again?" Inouske incited on carrying you. You chuckled, "if that does happen then I can trust you on carrying me again," While patting his back.

He grunted and stood there staring at the ground. Sighing in defeat he put you down while grumbling something under his breath.

"Thanks for carrying me inosuke," you said as you gave him a small hug from behind making his breath hitch.

"N-no problem," he said clearing his throat so you didn't hear his stutter.

You chuckled hearing it but decided not to say anything about it since you didn't want him yelling at you it's only been a few minutes since you've been awake.

Walking to zenitsu you both started talking, Inosuke shaking his head he walked off towards tanjiro just walking beside him.

Not wanting to see you talking to someone else that wasn't him. He felt a nudge on his shoulder looking to his side tanjiro gave him a raised eyebrow and a confused look.
