the first thing they noticed about you

neil- your eyes. you acted with your eyes, and he loved watching this during rehearsal. even when you were just a background character, you were always involved in the scene and would widen your eyes when something big happened, or squint them a bit when something confusing happened. at some point, you noticed him watching you and began to exaggerate this even more just to make him laugh. he loves your eyes.

todd- your mouth. he always watched you mouth the words from whatever book you were reading, and smile when the characters were happy, and chew your lip when it got stressful. he loved watching this, especially when he had read the book you were reading and could guess what part you were at from this. he still loves to watch your mouth while in class, the way you chew your bottom lip and how your mouth moves too fast for your words sometimes, he finds it adorable.

charlie- i've said it before, but i'll say it again (cause god knows charlie never shuts up about it either) your facial expressions. your facial expressions always betray you and he ADORES it. he often finds it hard to read people, especially when they say something and mean another, so he really likes the idea that he can read you fairly easily and anticipate what you need before you ask for it.

knox- your smile. but not really your happy smile, more your sympathetic one. when you handed him the note you gave him this smile, and whenever he talks to you about hard things in his life you gave him this smile. he finds your selflessness and kindness the most beautiful thing about you, and he knows how wonderful it is to receive that smile, so he loves to watch you give others this smile too.

pitts- your hands. your first few times of meeting were spent with bun, and pittsie finds eye-contact really difficult, so he spent a lot of time looking at your hands. he loved the way you gently stroked bun and played with your ring. he thought your hands were beautiful and it often took all of his self control not to reach out and grab them.

meeks- your eyebrows. hear me out, hear me out. when you played that first game of chess with you, you always raised your brow when he made a ballsy move. he started to watch this more and more as time went on, observing when you would raise a sassy brow and in what context. its actually sort of a sign of insecurity for you, because you hate when someone is smarter than you, and you always raise your brow when someone asks a question you don't know the answer to, or makes a difficult move in chess.
