MH Reboot? Why Not EAH?

When I heard that Monster High was getting a reboot, which is apparently meant to be showing sometime this year, I was pretty excited, but not for the reason one might think.  To be honest, I never got into Monster High, I've never even watched an episode. No offence to anyone who's a fan, but I couldn't care less about MH.

No, what I cared about was if MH was getting a reboot, then it gave me hope that EAH might get one too!

But alas, it doesn't sound like we're in luck.  There has been no mention of bringing back Ever After High.  I guess I shouldn't really be surprised, Mattel wasn't even gutsy enough to officially cancel it! If you look on their Twitter page, their last post was in 2017 which said that it had not been cancelled and they haven't said a word since.

It's beyond unfair that MH gets a reboot, while EAH just has to sit in the background gathering dust and fading from memory. Not that the fans wile ever forget it.

It honestly makes my blood boil to see something like this, I mean, both franchises are owned by the same company for crying out loud! And it's not like Mattel doesn't need the cash, they could make more money if they at least started selling merchandise for both franchises again!

What makes MH more special that EAH?  Why should some characters get to be brought back and actually allowed to have their happy ending, while others aren't?  Why is one fandom more important than the other?

I don't know abut you guys, but I'd like answers because EAH fans deserve better!

Until my next rant, have a hexellent day everyone!
