First day Completed

****Sonny's POV****

"Alright if you two don't have a any more questions or concerns I'll see you both tomorrow."
Olivia smiled

Sophia instantly stood up from her seat and So did I

"Thanks sergeant Benson."
Sophia smiled

"I'm looking forward to this."
I said

"Welcome again to Special Victims."
Olivia said

Sophia smiled and walked out the door and I followed behind

She was going to get on the elevator and I followed her in, leaving us two alone.

"So whatcha thinking?"
I asked breaking the silence

Sophia looked at me and I looked at her

"I'm thinking that Lauren will be waiting outside for you especially if she knows I'm here."
Sophia said

The elevator stopped and the door opened

"Dominick!"
Lauren yelled with a smile that quickly turned to a frown when she seen Sophia

Sophia got off the elevator and got her headphones out

"You again."
Lauren said Hateful to Sophia

"Yeah it's me have a good evening Lauren"
Sophia put her headphones in and began to walk away

I really wanted to talk to her more but Lauren was unfortunately gonna make it impossible.

"How was your day baby?"
Lauren asked

I tried to forget how annoying she was being and how rude she's been, she is my girlfriend and we've been together 2 years.
There's always tomorrow.

I took a deep breath and smiled

"It was good, how was your day?"
I asked

"Good, now even better  that we are gonna be hanging out."
Lauren kissed me on my lips

"Yes, still on for that movie tonight?"
I smiled wrapping my arm around Lauren's shoulders

"Of course baby."
Lauren smiled big at me

****Sophia's POV****

"So how was your first day of school and at the precinct?"
Ryan Asked

"It was good dad, interesting but good. I know I'm gonna like special victims unit."
I said

"Thats great honey, did you make any friends?"
Ryan said

"I don't know really I only really talked to this one guy at school who is also interning with me and ended up having a run in with his girlfriend, but that was about it with the exception of meeting everyone at the precinct."
I said

"I'm so proud of you Hunny, I really am."
Ryan said

"Thanks dad, I love and miss you."
I said

"I miss you too. I am looking forward to coming up for fall break In October."
Ryan said

"Me too."
I smiled

"Alright I gotta get off here, we'll FaceTime again tomorrow."
Ryan said

"Ok, I love you dad."
I said

"I love you too Sophia."
Ryan smiled

We got off the phone, thankful for technology to FaceTime my dad. I really miss him.
I went into my living room and walked out onto my outdoor terrace, watching the sunset in a city that always seems to have something going on or someone out there doing something.

I sat on the nice comfortable couch and just took it all in. August weather here is nice.
I stood up and went to the railing And just took a deep breath.

I know I just met Sonny today but I'd be lying if I didn't say Ive thought about him all evening.

**((The next day))**

Tuesday

****Nina's POV****

I was looking forward to art/dance class today, I hope it's fun and beneficial at the same time.

I got my stuff ready and got my headphones in and headed out.
Once I almost got to the front door of my apartment building to leave for school not paying attention I ran into someone

"Ope I'm sorry-"
I said

I looked up to see Sonny standing there

"Hey Sophia."
He smiled

I pulled one of my headphones out

"Hey sorry just not paying attention-"
I sorta laughed

"It's all good, I just was fixing To head out."
Sonny said

"Oh yeah, me too. I got class."
I said

"You live here? Or you just visiting?"
Sonny asked

"Umm yeah I live here-you?"
I asked

"Yeah, Manhattan avenue was the one place that my mom and I could agree on. She's protective."
Sonny sorta laughed

Sonny mentioning having a mom made me wonder where mine was

"Well I gotta get going to school."
I said

I went to put my other headphone in when Sonny grabbed my arm
I turned around

"I'm really sorry about Lauren yesterday, I think we got off on the wrong foot."
Sonny said

I just could smile

"Thanks."
I said

I put my headphone in and began my way to school.
