If it wasn't for the pounding in her skull, Sang would have been in heaven. Her very painful head was on a pillow in Sean's lap, while most of the rest of her was on Luke's lap. Gabriel had pulled one of her legs off the couch and was painting her toe nails. Owen sat in the nearby chair. Poor Kota had been banished to the diner to 'grocery shop'.

Luke had been able to get ahold of Uncle, who had decided at the start that it would be too dangerous to try to open the diner, and his time would be better spent on Academy tasks. He was happy they were going to get use out of the perishables, better than throwing them out, he said, but Owen still had Kota making an itemized list of what he was taking so they could pay him back.

The boys had not been making much progress on the plan to sneak into Victor's. Owen had been watching via North's wolf, and the security people at Victor's was patrolling tighter than Luke was comfortable with, knowing he would have Sean and maybe Gabriel trailing along. Then there was whining from Gabriel and pouting by Sean.

"Owen," Sang started but was quickly interrupted by a strange squawking noise from Luke. She flipped around to look at him, setting off another barrage of pain in her head, only to find him and Gabriel with identical looks of pure surprise, and their eyes whipping between each other, her and Owen.

"Sang dropped the O bomb!!" Luke's voice was almost a whisper.

Sean let out a bark of laughter he tried to hide with a cough. He guided Sang to lie back down and went back to work on fighting her headache.

"Yes, Sang?" Owen asked, pointedly ignoring his brothers.

"Do they need to sneak in to Victor's? The security people should know you, right? Can't you just ask them to let you in?"

Owen considered her idea. "It is unlikely to work, as Mrs. Morgan would have left strict orders to not allow anyone entrance. However, Mr. Coleman," Sang cleared her throat and Owen paused before trying a again. "However, Gabriel, your... command... of the English language would be useful as a distraction for... Lucian and Sean."

Luke and Gabe stared at each other in shock while Sean didn't even try to hide his laughter.

"Strawberry Sundae, make him call me 'Luke'!!!"

"It's a process, Lucian. Take what you're given. Now, back to the matter at hand. Lucian, do you feel comfortable taking in just Sean?"

"I am the ultimate ninja. I can get him in and maybe even get him out safely!"

"Hey!"

Once again ignoring the bickering and play fighting among his brothers, Owen turned to Sean. "Do you have what you need to treat Victor, if you are able to get to him?"

"I'll need to consult with Dr Google from the Internet School of Veterinary Sciences and stop at my condo for some supplies, but I think I'll have everything without needing a stop at the hospital. I'll also need to have Luke come up with some dog friendly fat bombs. I can do more for Victor from a distance once he's loaded up some calories."

Luke was immediately looking up recipes on his phone. He turned to Sean excitedly. "We can give him peanut butter!!!"

"Save that prank for North. Oh, make sure you don't use anything sugar-free. I remember something about a sugar substitute being bad for dogs." Sean brushed the hair off Sang's face. "How are you feeling now?"

"I'm fine. Thank you, Dr. Sean."

"Owen, please translate."

Owen scrutinized her. "The pain is at the same level, if not worse, than it was before you started."
