After a few hours that the headache subsided, Hailey decides to call Sean in his room to see if he has some free time to make the song with the other club members.
And the phone calls, calls, calls... And finally, it stops. Sean answers the phone.

- Hi, Hailey! Long time no see, huh? - The brown boy says to the girl.

- Actually, not seeing, but, yeah, it's been a while! How are things going at college?

- Meh, it's all a bore. At least the teachers took it easy on the first day of school; but otherwise, I'm writing 15-page essays for a single class, which lasts about 2 hours. U n b e a r a b l e.

- Jeez, that sucks. I hope you'll manage to finish all you works.

- Yeah, so far, I've managed to find time for homework, but it still takes a long time.

- Uh, err... Anyway Sean, that's not exactly what I called you for. I wanted to ask you if-

Suddenly, a sound of breaking glass erupts on Sean's call.

- Wait a minute Hailey, I think my mother dropped a glass in the kitchen, I'll see if she's okay.

- Y-yeah, sure. Go ahead.
{ Great, now It'll take longer to ask him. }

She waited 2 minutes, and then the boy went back.

- It's all right down there, she just dropped a glass on the counter and didn't cut herself.

- Oh, good, but now, can I ask you something?

- Yeah?

- Me and the music club were wondering if you could make a new song. The talent show is next month, and since you don't have class on Sunday, you could do it together with us. Could it be?

- Mmmm... I don't know if I'll have time. When will it be? Oh, yea, Sunday.

- Yup.

- I think I can go! I just need to let my parents know. But we would have to speed up, otherwise there won't be time to finish. When is this event?

- November 5th.

- Wow, that complicates everything.

- So you aren't going...?

- I probably will, Hailey. I'm going to ask my parents now, just a moment.

And there was Hailey, nervous about not having anyone to do the music and having to wait longer and longer to get the answer I wanted.

- They'll let me, Hailey! But for that I would have to finish a college work. It's not a long job, but, you know, I'll be doing it for at least 4 hours. At least I'll be able to go!

- Whew, good! I was already worried.

- When I finish the job, I'll give you a ring. Then you can let the staff know that we're leaving. If I finish early, I might even start sooner!

- Excellent! I hope it finishes on time. Bye, Sean.

- Bye bye, Hails!

She hangs up the phone and lies on her bed, more relieved.

A few hours pass, and the next thing Hailey hears is her mother:

- Hailey? Good evening, sleepyhead!

- What...? I slept?

- Yep, for the whole afternoon. I'm starting to prepare dinner and I need your help.

- DINNER?? FOR HOW LONG I SLEEP AGAIN??

- About 6 hours, I believe. It's 6:27pm.

- AND WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP???

- I was sorry to wake you up...-
