The only thing that could be heard was my desperate gasps for air as I wandered the endless halls of the building of a place I could once call 'safe' or 'home'. After all those events had happened, I was stricken with overwhelming fear that was causing my system to go haywire on what to do.
The halls were only lit with a light orange glow from the lights, giving off a old, fancy look to the place. I hugged myself as I trembled in every step I took, my vision barely working with the crack that was in my screen, causing one of my eyes to go offline. It was terrible trying to navigate my way out of this place, it just felt like I was wandering a huge maze no matter which path I took.
