"Finally, you're online."
"Huh?" I mumbled out, having just powered on and unfamiliar with who is talking to me. "Thought you'd never wake up. For a moment I thought you overheated while being powered off." They sighed in releaf. Other parts in my system was beginning to go online as I remembered everything that's happened so far in my lifetime. And right now, the Anonymous creature that's talking with me right now is Serial Designation N.
"What do you want?" I asked in a Groggy voice, powering on in a grumpy mood. "Well, I can tell you're more content with hanging upside down on that piece of metal and covering yourself up with your wings - " Oh yea ... forgot I powered off like that. " - But I wanna go out and get some oil." He said, waiting for me to get down. "Mmmm, yea no, I'm gonna power off a bit more longer. Tell me when it's night." I replied, about to power off before he stopped me. "It is night." He stated, with slight confusion in his voice.
I spreaded my wings out quickly, startling N as his pupils contracted. Looking outside of out shelter, it was indeed night. "You gonna get down now?" He asked, waiting for me. I looked towards him, and from my viewing, he looked like he was upside-down. I leaped down, now seeing him properly. "Why didn't you leave? You know you don't need to wait for me ... right?" I quizzed, tilting my head. His screen glitched a bit. "Well, y - yea, I know that - it's just ... " It went silent as he looked towards the ground and put his hand behind his head. "Its more fun with you?" He mumbled, not even sure himself. I smiled in response, but at the same time hoping I don't get clingy to him whenever he leaves without me one day... That won't happen.
"So, you wanted to go get some oil?" I asked him. "Yea, can we get going now since your on?" He grumbled out, starting to get impatient. "Sure." I said, spreading my wings out and my screen became a X mark. "Let's see who's first to find a Worker Drone!" I challenge, flying off into the sky."H - hey! Wait for me!" N called, and shortly after I could see him in flying after me.
