Andre Pov

Ty stormed upstairs with Demrest right behind her. Whew that girl there. Antrez and Anthony looked at me. I'm not chasing her. I shrug my shoulders. Anthony goes to the fridge and grabs a water bottle. Antrez sits in a chair near Abigail. If Adonis is anything like his sister, it's gone be hell.

I sat on the couch next to Abigail. She is staring at me, hard. "Take a picture, it'll last longer." I smirk. She keeps staring. "What's on your mind?" I ask. She looks away and glances over at my brothers. They both look at me. Am I missing something? "Babe, do you think you went to hard on them?" Here she fucking go. If it's one thing I hate about Abigail, it's she doesn't have any back bone. I lay my head back on the couch. She puts her hand on my arm. Sometimes, I wanna just go off on her.

"No Abigail, I don't." I kept it straight and to the point. "Maybe that's the problem Dre. Did you ever think about that?"

I take a deep breath. "Abigail, it was your idea. Don't try to play innocent now." Abigail rolled her eyes. "I'm not claiming to be innocent, but maybe cut them some slack. Ty has grown a lot and sometimes you make it seem like she hasn't grown at all..." I cut her off. "Like when huh?" I sit up and look at her.

She stares at me. "Like just now. You said she was difficult all the time. She's not difficult all the time. She's actually very easy going most days. She's just a young lady who has her moments. As we all do. And today she didn't want to lie and tell you she wasn't coming to fight because knowing her, she probably will." She chuckled. "Abigail If the police would have came..." She stopped me mid sentence. "She could have claimed defense of another." Anthony chimed in with a 'she's right' ain't nobody ask him. I cut my eyes at Anthony. "So what are you saying?"

Abigail takes a deep breath. "I'm saying you're too hard on her sometimes. Sometimes being now. She's her own young person who makes mistakes. She needs people to lover her through it." I do love her through it. What is she talking about? I bet Abigail wouldn't last a week in my shoes. "Abigail, you wouldn't last doing this by yourself. I garrentee you that. I put 100$ on it. You would not make it." Abigail rolled her eyes. "Bet on it." I love it when she gets feisty. I smirked. "Okay, after suspension is done, you got it, for a whole 10 days. A whole week. You can be me and I'll be you."

Suspension for the girls came and went. Ty got 4 Days and Demrest got 2. I left them alone the whole detention. I'm taking a break. Demrest and Ty actually ran every morning they were suspended. It was cute. Demrest said so it wouldn't be a punishment next time. She's a smart young lady. They weren't any trouble at all while they were home though. Abigail got lucky. Soon enough that attitude of there's would clash and I couldn't wait.

I waited downstairs for the girls to come down. Ty came down in a great mood. Demrest and her ran today. I'm surprised they're keeping it up. I say good morning and keep eating. Ty sits down in front of me. It's rare these days. Moments where we exist in the same space alone. Our home is so full now. Ty and I make conversation. Sometimes I miss when it was just us.

Demrest comes running down the steps. I almost tell her to stop running. I don't. She comes in talking to Ty fast. Ty looks to be keeping up. I'm lost. Ty gasp. Demrest says mhm. I wonder if they're spilling tea and if so about who? I try to follow and ultimately fail. It's almost time to leave. I stand up. The girls right behind me. We all head out the house. I get in the front seat. I remembered I didn't tell Abigail bye. I almost went in and gave her a hug. I didn't. I crank the car and head to work.
