your brother was...a piece of work, really
how could you describe him? annoying, asshole, idiotic, did i mention annoying?
he was protective of you but also couldn't care less about you at the same time
he'd threaten anyone you were even thinking about asking out so they wouldn't go near you, so you stopped telling him anything remotely about your love life
which brought you to now, you were hanging out with cheolsoo, your current boyfriend
you were having fun at an amusement park when you spotted him and his friends, cursing under your breath you grab cheolsoo's hand, running off before he could spot you guys
cheolsoo knew who your brother was, how couldn't he when he was bullied by him every single day?
"what's wrong?" he asked, his face mixed with worry
"nothing! its just, i saw my brother" cheolsoo grimaced "should we leave then?" you shake your head "it's fine, we can just avoid him, hopefully..."
your plan worked for a bit, until you got in line for a ride and your brother was right behind you
you prayed that he wouldn't recognize you, your grip on your boyfriend's hand tightened, afraid of his reaction to your relationship
you thought you were safe until you got to the front of the line and had to talk, it didn't seem like gwinam had been paying attention, as you heard him ramble on to his friends
"um...2 tickets please" you said quietly to the worker
"can you repeat that?"
"two tickets please" you were trying so hard not to speak loud enough incase of your brother
"repeat?"
"two tickets!" you said louder, eternally screaming at yourself
the worker handed them to you, you and cheolsoo sat on the seats and from the corner of your eyes you saw your brother staring at you
"he definitely noticed us now" you sighed, covering your face with your hand
"its okay, nothing he can say will change my mind about you, he could beat me half to death and id still stay with you" he smiled gently, taking ahold of your hand
"thats what im scared of, he's never approved of my relationships and now he knows im with you... he's gonna be ten times worst"
"i promise you, nothing will make me love you less" you smiled at him
"thanks, im glad to know you care so much about me" the ride came to a end far too quickly for your liking
as the two of you stepped off, you tried to pretend like you were totally fine, but in reality you were having the nervous sweats
you heard your brother's annoying laughter from behind you
"wow little sis! this has got to be the worst one you've ever had" he put his arms around the both of you
"out of everyone you could've secretly dated, this? he's barely a man" he pulled onto cheolsoo's hair
"seriously" he shook his head disgustedly "such a weirdo" he pushed both of your heads
"gosh! can't you go away and let me be happy for once?!" you shouted at him "i don't care how cheolsoo is, he's not a asshole like you, he's really kind and he might not be perfect but he's closer to perfect than you'll ever be" you bumped your shoulder against his as you walked off hand in hand with cheolsoo
"are you okay?" he asked "im sure you fight alot with your brother, but you seemed really mad" you sighed
"im never gonna have a peaceful day when he's around, i can't wait until i can move out" you looked turns him "but at least i can feel at peace when you're around" he smiled shyly
"same for you, you're the best part of my day, i mean it" he tightened his hold on your hand
"are you hungry? let's go eat" "yeah, sure, there's a new place around here somewhere, lets try that"

A/N: i have a huge soft spot for this boy just bc of his actor 😭 boy made me cry so much in move to heaven its crazy, you should totally watch move to heaven if you haven't already btw its so good i need more people to watch this show, literally tore my heart apart every episode, the only time ive ever cried to every episode in a tv show before
