school was incrediblely boring, and exhausting, but the past couple of weeks there was always something to look forward to
what was it, you may ask? notes with stupid pickup lines on them, they made you laugh, sometimes flustered
today was no different as you walked to your locker
a light pink note fell to the ground as you opened it, you smiled and read it
"good morning y/n :) did your driving license get suspended for driving all these guys crazy?"
you laughed, you didn't notice the owner of the note in the corner, watching your reaction
onjo suddenly came up to you with a chocolate bar "here, it's from them, again" she rolled her eyes, slightly annoyed at her best friend for being a coward and not bringing it to you himself
"still not gonna tell me who it is?" she shook her head "wheres the fun in that? they should confess themselves" the two of you started walking together
"it's been a few weeks now, i wonder when they'll reveal themselves"
"do you have any guesses? or hopes on who it is?"
"not really, i do have someone i like though" onjo looked at you curiously "who?"
"there's no way im telling you that! it's embarrassing" "hey! you know who i like" she pouted playfully "fine, ill tell you later" you reached a vending machine and got a snack to give to your deskmate, entering your class shortly after
you waved at cheongsan and sat next to him, giving him the snack you got for him, he said thanks and opened it to eat
you reached under the desk to gran the bag you kept there and found a note on it
"If you’re here, who’s running Heaven?" you giggled and cheongsan looked the note "another one?" you nodded as you grabbed the book needed for this class, you opened it to see another note
"I’d like to take you to the movies, but they don’t let you bring in your own snacks" you struggled to hold in your laugh as the teacher entered
you grabbed your pencil bag and opened it only to see another note, you grabbed it but was caught by the teacher
"mx y/n, what is this?" ms park took ahold of the note "ah! it's something i learnt in science! please give it back!" the students giggled, waiting for whatever embarrassing thing was written on the notes
"mhm sure" she begin to read out loud "There is enough DNA in the average person's body to stretch from the sun to Pluto and back 17 times. The human genome contains 23 DNA molecules each containing from 500,000 to 2.5 million nucleotide pairs" you could hear cheongsan gasp from beside you as you looked relieved, although you hadn't wrote that at all ..
the students looked disappointed and went back to their books as ms park leaned down to you
"both of you have bathroom cleaning duties after school, have fun!" she whispered as she placed the note back down
you looked at the note to see what it said
"i was feeling a little off today, but you definitely turned me on" you almost choked on air as you looked back to your teacher, who looked ready to laugh at your reaction
cheongsan beside you had red ears, although you weren't sure why
after what felt like forever, the bell rang and you were free to go, until the next class
cheongsan walked with you when you suddenly realized something
"hey...wheres your nametag?" you pointed at his chest where it normally would be
"oh, um, im gonna give it to someone" he awkwardly said "really? who?" you would be lying if you said that didn't hurt a bit when he said it
"ill tell you later, i have to meet with onjo" it almost seemed as if he was trying to avoid you, you sighed and went to your next class, you didn't share it any of your friends so it was boring
you left to your locker and opened it to place your bags in, only for a note with something attached to the bag on it, you read the note first
"we’re not socks, but I think we’d make a great pair" on the back was a nametag, you opened your mouth slightly in shock
"lee cheongsan"
it was cheongsan's nametag, you looked around everywhere to try and spot him, you saw him a corner looking at you but he quickly turned around and tried to walk away but you ran up to him
"cheongsan! wait!" you grabbed ahold of his hand
"uh,y-yes?" he gulped
you didn't speak and just ripped your own tag out, with a little struggle and gave it to him
he stood there in shock for a minute before happiness took over his features
"i thought you were gonna reject me! it was gonna be so embarrassing, i would never be able to talk to you without wanting to die of embarrassment and-" he kept babbling on so you shut him up by kissing him
he froze as you moved away "oh" was all he said
"oh? what? too shy to talk properly?" you teased him, he blushed but nodded "only you make like this, yknow?" you laughed
"oh by the way, I’m learning about important dates in history for class" he nodded as you continued "would you like to be one of them?" he smiled shyly
"y/n, you must be tired, you've been running through my head all day" you laughed
"okay loser, let's get cleaning that bathroom, no funny business, got it?" he nodded "of course, im not a pervert" you rolled your eyes playful "yeah sure mr 'i was feeling a little off today, but you definitely turned me on'" you joked
"i regret that so much, i can't believe ms park saw! she's never gonna shut up about it" he whined as you ruffled his hair, he looked at you with nothing but love in his eyes, and your eyes said the same
