"Maybe I shouldn't go after all since we both aren't comfortable with it," she says, picking her phone to call him.

"You shouldn't. Call in sick or something. Or pregnant."

"Now you're just being silly."

"Yeah, what are we doing today?"

"Movie?"

Ava picked up her cell, "That sounds nice. I'm looking up what's showing now."

"How about Jackson?" Kim brought up.

"What? There is a movie like that?"

"What?" She laughs, "don't play dumb with me!"

"I'm not though."

"I mean your ex-boyfriend!" She yells at her.

"Oh, Jackson... He got a new chick," Ava chuckles.

"What?" Kim got up in shock.

"Is that a big deal? Sit," Ava laughed.

"Is that funny to you?"

"What did you want me to do? The least I can do is let him go. Funny how I never knew he's been sleeping with his best friend"

"Get up!" Kim drags her.

"What do you want to do?"

"You have to confront him!"

"What's the point?"

"You're just gonna sit there? Acting like you haven't been with this guy for four years! Does it really mean nothing to you?"

"I'm j-just... I'm fine." She forced her tears back in.

"Okay, fine... What do you want to do today, anything!" Kim suggested.

"Anything?"

"Let's go clubbing again?"

"No, I'm sorry I haven't recovered from my hangover yet."

"We can work on that!"

"Ava," She says, with a cracked voice.

"Just this once."

"Okay! That's why we are friends, but then don't leave me alone!"

"Depends," Ava got up, and a smirk graced the side of her lip.

"No, Ava!"

"I won't," she says, laughing.

Kim pulled up at the club with a black crop top. It only covered her bust and had no sleeve, she matched it with a black long skirt which had a long split by the side.

Ava on the other hand wore, something similar.  She down entered the club, Ava waved to a tall guy as soon as she got in.

21.
"I think Sunday nights are much better," Kim leaned to Ava.

"Yeah, it's less crowded," she says.

"Drink?"

"Okay!" Ava says, super hyped.

A while later, they both danced to "Do I ever cross your mind!". Kim danced and sang along to the music, turning and playing with her hair. She threw her hands in the air. Ava danced in front of her, they both had a cup of drink in their hands.

"Hey pretty," a guy wrapped his hands around Ava. She turned back the young man and smiled

Kim watched them. He looked really familiar. There was no need fighting. Ava whispered something to him while staring at her.
