"Hows your wound?" I ask him he's looking at the floor. And he's ears are reddening.
"I-It's okay now--"
Napatingin kaming sabay sa pinto nang bumukas iyon. Pumasok naman dito yung doctor na nagaa-sikaso sa kaniya kanina. Nilapitan agad nito si... Hindi ko pa pala alam ang pangalan niya. Pinag-sabihan pa nga siyang nitong wag gagalaw-galaw tulas nang ginawa niya kanina dahil dumugo iyon. Naka limutan ko pa ngang palitan iyon at gamutin.
Naka-halukipkip ako sa gilid at naka-upo sa sofa habang tinitingnan sila. Habang inaasikaso nila yung lalaki kinakalkal ko naman ang mga laman nang files ko. Mula sa notes to messages.
"Your lucky because your girlfriend donated the blood for you" I heard the doctor said to him I look at them then look back to my phone.
"Yeah, I'm really lucky" he said

Lahat kami napa-tingin sa pintuan nang bumukas iyon at pumasok ang apat na tao. Tsaka ang lakas nang pagkaka- Isang babaeng may kaedaran na at tatlong binatang kilala ko. It's Nathan the guy in the library and the guy who looks like a nerd.
The Woman immediately went to that guy. Tapos biglang napa-tingin sila sakin.

"Naiara?" Gulat na napa-tingin sakin si Nathan, kaya naman tinaasan ko siya nang kilay ano namang nakaka-gulat kung nandito ako? Napa-tingin naman ako sa lalaking kasama niya yung lalake dun sa library.
"Oh my goodness! What happened? Are you okay? Are you hurt badly? Who was it? Answer me Lester!" Napa-tingin naman ako sa babaeng sinusuri nung lalaki. So Lester pala ang pangalan niya... Hmm.
"I'm fine tita, just a little wound" calmadong sabi ni Lester kuno..
"little?! Have you seen yourself? You're so pale!" Sigaw nang babae nakitang kung napa-hilot sa nuo si Lester kaya naman sumabad naako, lumapit ako sa tabi ni Lester sa kabilang bahagi kaharap yung babae.
"The patient shouldn't be stress Ma'am, so please calm down" I said to her, then she calm herself and sigh. Sakto namang pasok nang doktor we immediately step aside for them to check that guy. Pagka-tapos nilang i-check yung lalaki... i mean that Lester guy sakin humarap ang doktor.
"Your boyfriend is fine Ma'am we just need to observe him for the rest 24 hours and then we can discharge him tomorrow" I nodded at him then he excuse himself. Napa-tingin naman ako sa mga tao sa loob, and I catch them all looking at me, that Lester guy is grinning from ear to ear.
"What?" I ask them,
"G-girlfriend?" Gulat na tanong ni Nathan, then the woman whisper something to Lester but It didn't escape my hearing.
"I thought you don't wanna have a girlfriend?" So I answer it.
" I'm not his girlfriend, I just saw him while going to a store and bring him here" I said to them.
"I'm sorry" I nodded at her as response. "Rest Lester if you need anything you're cousins will be here okay?" Bumaling naman ito saakin "May I have a word?" Tumango naman ako at lumabas.
"Thank you for bringing my nephew in here hija" sabay hawak sa kamay ko "I thought I'd lose him I was so worried about him that's why thank you very much" What a lucky moron to have someone that would worry about him, I can feel her sincerity and care for him... Hinawakan ko naman ang kamay nang ginang.
" It's nothing Ma'am, anyone would do that if they saw how bad he look that time" I said to her I was taken back when she hug me I was frozen. I Don't know but I feel like I know her. I don't know.... This embrace it feels so familiar but I can't understand why? Why am I feeling this?
I was pulled back to my reverie when she snap her fingers in front of me.
"Are you okay? I'm sorry if I hug you I was just grateful" umiwas naman ako nangtingin at tumikhim
"It's fine" I said to her, ilang minuto pa ang lumipas na tahimik ang paligid bago siya mag-salita
"By the way, have we meet before?" Tanong niya kaya naman napa-tingin ako sakanya, I caught her staring at me. Umayos ako nang tayo bago ko siya sinagot I have yo compose myself that's just a harmless question.
"No, I don't think so and this is my first time meeting you" I said, I saw an emotion flash through her eyes pero nawala rin agad iyon, she sigh.
"Yeah, maybe you're right. It's impossible" my forehead creased about what she said.
"What's Impossible?" I ask her
"It's about my--" napa-tigil naman siya sa pag-sasalita nang tumunog ng cellphone ko. I look at who was calling me When I saw it's Trevor, I know it's important.
"Excuse me, Ma'am I have to answer this call" I said to her tumango naman siya at ngumite.
"It's okay, I'll wait for you inside ok?" I nodded at her, hinintay ko munang maka-pasok siya sa loob bago ko sinagot ang tawag ni Trevor.
"What is it?"
"Ba't ang tagal mo sagutin?"
"I'm talking to someone" I said to him
"Someone? A guy?" He said in the other line
" No" I said, so what if it's a guy? Napa-irap nalang ako. "Why did you call me by the way?"
"I called you because.. I miss you"
"What?! Are you playing with me? Stop fooling around!" Pagalit kung wika dito
"geezz, you're too loud baby. Wala ka man lang bang ni hi, ni ho. Nagtatampo na talaga ako sayo--"
" Trevor Danielle!!" Pagalit kung sabi dito, tawang-tawa naman toh.
"Just kidding, hahaaha toh talaga ohh di mabiro" napahilot nalang ako sa nuo ko dahil sa kalokohan nang damuhong tohh. "Anyway.. As I was saying.. you definitely know why I called you" agad sumeryoso ang mukha ko nang banggitin niya ang totoong pakay niya kaya siya tumawag.
