❅ 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 ❅ - 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘄 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻𝘀

𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻𝘀

I've had a lot of headcanons come to mind while I created my Dark Trilogy AU, and a lot of them were for Light. Most of them are definitely gonna make appearances in the books, so consider this a sneak peek of what you can expect my version of Light to be like.

• Sometimes, when in dark places, Light's eyes can literally glow to light up the place

• Light has a set of angel-like wings, which he gained during his merge with the light crystal. He doesn't use them often, but there's slits in the back of his shirt where his wings would appear. Sometimes he'll feel phantom pains in his back because of how little he uses his wings

• Light doesn't use his powers often because he's scared of hurting people he cares about with them. He never got the chance to fully harness and understand his capabilities, so he relies more on shield and spear to keep others safe

• Light lost his emotions after he merged with the light crystal because the ice powers he gained got into his head, literally freezing the segment of his mind that allowed him to feel emotions. It took time, but the ice began to melt and allow Light to have feelings once again

• Before he became Light Steve, Shy used to have panic attacks. They usually only happened when something truly scary happens, like Darkness attacking the Orange Village. After he became Light, the attacks began to go away on their own

• When Light was still Shy Orange Steve, he chose to hide in the Orange Leader's home because he felt safe with his leader. I like to think that when Shy ever had an panic attack, the leader would comfort him, eventually leading Shy to trust him. So when the Darkness attacked their village, Shy had an panic attack and was brought to the Orange Leader's house. He didn't leave after that

• While he was figuring out his powers, Light discovered he can switch between this form (as Light Steve) and Shy Orange Steve. The only difference is that Shy's left eye would be an icy blue, while the right was a light orange. The eye colors remain the same in Light's form. This only came in handy a few times, like for infiltration missions, so Light doesn't use this ability much at all

• Shy was given his name because he was bullied when he was newly created. His hair had a few highlights of white in them, and some steves made fun of him for it. As a result, Shy took to wearing a leather hat and staying in his home rather than going outside. He also had a few trust issues from the bullying, and didn't trust many people inside his home. The only people he trusted in the village were the leader, Happy, and Funny, because he knew they wouldn't make fun of him

• When Crystal Orange Steve accidentally hurt some of his people with his powers, Shy was one of them. He had just gained the confidence to venture outside alone, and happened to be hit by a bolt of lightning from Crystal while he tried to control his powers. Ever since he only left his home when he had a panic attack or to gather basic necessities
