Always Running

Everyone runs over to me to see what the problem is, and they all gasp at the sight.

"Don't just stare, help me!" I yell. 

I feel a searing stabbing pain in my leg, and I cry out in pain, they all rush by my side, and they take the seat off my leg.

"Oh my gosh." Brooklynn says.

"I can see her bone!" Ben screams.

I look at my leg, and sure enough you can see my bone.

"Can you just fix it!?" I shout. "Sorry."

I cry out when Brooklynn touches my leg.

"Kenji, Darius, find some large leaves, Yaz, Sammy, find some vines, Ben, find some wide, short sticks." Brooklynn says, snapping into doctor mode.

Everyone goes off and grabs what they need, and they bring it to Brooklynn.

"Okay, here put this in your mouth." Brooklynn hands me a rolled-up bandana.

I put the rolled-up bandana in my mouth.

 Y/n this is gonna hurt." She says.

"Well no crap!" I say.

"This is no time for jokes!" Kenji says.

Brooklynn adjusts the bone, and I scream.

"Does anyone have a sewing kit?" Brooklynn asks urgently.

"I do, it's in my backpack." I say.

"How do you still have your backpack!?" Yaz asks.

"I told you I always have it." I say.

Sammy walks towards my backpack.

Crap! She'll see all the personal stuff in my backpack!

"Wait!" I exclaim. "Just pass it to me."

Sammy passes it to me, and I get the sewing kit out of the first aid kit, and hand it to her.

"Okay, ready? I'm gonna do my best to give you stitches."

"Your best?!" I exclaim.

"Just chill, I've been trained."

"By actual doctors?" I ask.

"Well, yeah." 

"Why are we talking, just do it!" I urge her.

I put the bandana back in my mouth, then she starts sewing me back up, and I scream from the burning pain, after a couple minutes she finishes.

"Does anyone have something like gauze?" Brooklynn asks.

I reach into my backpack and pull out the whole first aid kit.

"Why do you have a whole first aid kit in there?" She says as she grabs the gauze.

"I already told you, I'm always prepared." I reply.

She wraps my leg up with the gauze, then puts the leaves around my leg, then puts the sticks on my legs at four different spots, then she holds it together with the vines.

"Okay all done." She says.

"Finally." I say.

Brooklynn puts her hand out, and I grab it, she helps me up, and I try to stand, and accidently put pressure on my broken foot, and I wince, then I grab some Ibuprofen from my first aid kit.

"Is everyone else okay?" I ask.

We hear a roar.

"Where the heck is that thing?" Kenji asks.
