"Wow Emilia you literally give the best gifts", Johnny said as he ripped open his Christmas present and then held it out infront of himself to admire it with wide eyes.
"I have to agree, thank you so much Em", Lucy said smiling at me. "It really wasn't a problem guys and I love everything you guys got me aswell", I said laughing and they nodded in agreement.
We four decided to have a Christmas lunch together today since we are basically each other's second family, and with a Christmas lunch there comes the exchange of gifts obviously. I chose everyones gifts carefully when I went shopping with Mario so I hope they all enjoy everything.
"Where did you find this place Jay?", I ask as we all dig into the English style roast the restaurant specialised in, "My mother is English so we come here whenever she is craving a piece of her home", he said and I nodded.
"My mother is English too", I said and saw Jays eyes light up a little, "we should introduce them", I laughed and Jay seemed to agree with me.
"So what plans do you all have for Christmas?", Lucy asked us as everyone talked about their plans with their families and family friends. "I am meeting my cousins and grandparents tonight", I said after a while and they looked at me.
"Are you nervous?", Lucy asked me and I shrugged, "A little, I don't know much about them", I said and they seemed to luckily understand me.
"I am sure you will have fun anyway", Johnny smiled at me and I smiled back while nodding. I know I will have fun, if they are anything like my brothers and family then I will love them unconditionally.
"We should go out and celebrate New Years altogether if you guys are free", Jay said finally and everyone agreed, "I know a few parties", Johnny said and Jay agreed with him.
I coughed into my hand to catch their attention "My family is actually having a party for New Years if you all want to go to that?", I asked and the boys seemed to take it into consideration while Lucy agreed straight away.
"Will there be booze?", Johnny finally asked and I burst out laughing, "Yes if I know anything about my brothers then I know there will be booze", I said and they both agreed to come as long as I supply some booze for them. More like my brothers but I am sure one of them wouldn't mind.
"I always thought your brothers were snobs but once we got to know them they are actually great people", Jay said and I nodded in agreement. I won't lie I was scared of them at first and felt imitated aswell, but the last few months of living with them has proved me otherwise.
