27 hours after her location was found

"I am not waiting any longer, we either all go to get her RIGHT FUCKING NOW or I leave without all of you", I shout, I have sobered up but my rage is all still there and I cant wait to take it out on those bastards

"Lets go", dad says

"Fucking finally", I grown loading my gun and going to the van

"I am aware I look like shit you don't need to look at me like that", I say emotionlessly to Matthew

"I am aware I look like shit you don't need to look at me like that", I say emotionlessly to Matthew. "Its not that, something has changed" he fucking pointed out the obvious like I didn't know

"Do you have a gun I could use by any chance", I ask Matthew and he laughs shaking his head as he wraps my upper arm up.

"You won't get out of here alone, even if you did have a gun", he chuckles again and I am fucking glad he is finding humour in my situation, the bastard. I wasn't going to kill him since he is somewhat nice to me but now I am starting to rethink that.

"The beatings haven't been so bad in the past few days", Matthew states out and I roll my eyes.

"I guess they finally broke me", I say using their words, I cant forget he is working for them.

He chuckles again, why is be finding everything funny, is he high?

"They haven't broke you, they might think so but I can see past your act"

Now it was my turn to laugh, "whatever you say Matthew", I shake my head still chucking. He thinks he knows me? Well tough luck for him because I don't even know myself right now

"I love seeing you act like they have broke you, but I love even more seeing them fall for your act" he smiles at me and I raise an eyebrow.

They might not have broken me the way they wanted to but they have broken me in other ways

Matthew finished getting my patched up and then stood up brushing the dirt and dust off his knee's then headed for the door.

He looked back at me before leaving, "I look forward to you taking them all down because after all these years I have learnt that there is nothing to fear more than a woman who has healed herself in the dark, alone and with no one". he said and then left leaving me confused
