Dancing with Valin was the biggest punishment of all in this room that Sophie had so far encountered but she had only been there one day so she was not really one to judge. For the next month, Sophie endured the worst punishments in detention from listening to what sounded like nails on a chalkboard to trying to iron and ardently burning the cape that "Lady" Galvin wore all the time. So while everyone was super worried about midterms Sophie felt relieved and happy as she walked out of the detention room from the last day of detention. Finishing all of her exams and doing the best she could Sophie went home happily. When she got to the front door of Grady and Edaline's sprawling mansion she saw a note on the front door.
Sophie, Grady, and I are at the zoo in the Bronx when you come home please take the limo there we need some help with one of the lions and tigers

Sophie sighed no love just Edaline's name. She did not know why she had expected that they would have actually given their full love to her yet after all Jolie was their first biological daughter. Yet reluctantly she climbed into the limo and rode off.
