Quirk Name: Finger Guns
Quirk Abilities: User can shoot lasers from their fingertips. These lasers aren't very powerful but they absorb a lot of matter (essentially they blow up without hurting). Matter is collected by the user and the index finger will glow red once the user has the max amount of matter. Shots get less destructive as they gain matter but more powerful (as in, they hurt more). Matter shots can only be fired from the index finger.
