{3} - {"How Did I Get Here?"}

"How did I get here exactly?"
You whispered to yourself while looking around. You got up and started walking around. While roaming around you found openings in the cave that lead to other deeper parts of the cave. Being the high IQ intelligent genius you are, of course, you went into the open that was glowing blue. Not your best idea, but you have an actual IQ of 25-32 when it comes to life or death decisions, so you've learned to deal with dangerous situations so you had gotten used to getting yourself out of dangerous situations mostly unharmed.

You stepped inside, trying not to make any noise. You were aware of the fact that if something was glowing blue it was probably an ancient city or deep dark the stupid part was that you came in unprepared.

The place wasn't that big so you could tell it was only a small part of the ancient city. There was a small structure on the side with some whiteish candles scattered around the place. All around there were chests underneath small patches of a dark cyan-type moss and vines of the same color along the walls of the whole place. As much as you wanted to go explore the structure you knew it probably wasn't safe and you should simply take what you wanted to take and leave.

You walked over to one of the chests and opened it up, it had spider webs all over it and made a loud creak when it opened. it was obvious it had been there for years. A weird sound came from behind the part of a wall the chest was up against. When you looked over behind the wall there was a weird little plant that looked like seaweed. It was the same dark cyan the moss and vines were but it was glowing. You stared at it until it quickly faded back to its original color. "Was that what made the sound" you whispered. The plant seemed to react to sound because when you started talking it made the noise you heard before and started glowing again. It seemed fine so you didn't mind it but still tried to stay quiet so as not to alert any other mobs that you were in the area.

There were only books in the chest nothing special. While trying to carefully close the chest you accidentally slammed it shut. You froze. The sound the plant made before was louder this time, but not louder than the echo of something else.

"Well f•ck"
