{15} - {Lost Item}

Evan's POV:

I heard a crash. It came from Y/N's house. Knowing Y/N, I need to be concerned about anyone (or anything) in the area.
From the view outside their window, it looked like they were running around tearing their house apart looking for something.

"EVAN!" I jumped back in shock, "Evan I need help." "Did you lose something?" "Yeah, how did you know?" I gestured to the mess of a house behind them. "Oh. Well, that's not the point. I lost a wither skeleton skull, I need it for something really important" I asked what was so important but they just looked away awkwardly. "Ok I'll keep an eye out for it" "Thanks" they smiled and went back to messing up everything in their entire house.

If I could get into the nether and get another wither skull for Y/N then I could make them happy. However, I couldn't imagine what they would need a wither skull for other than summoning the Wither. I was probably just overthinking. I mean why would anyone want to summon the Wither?

If they had gotten a wither skull, then you would assume they would have a nether portal somewhere but there wasn't a portal in sight. I knew they had the materials to build one but they never did.

I looked through their window. "Y/N!" "ACK" They jumped back landing on the floor. "sorry", "It's fine, what do you need?" "Can I ask, why don't you have a nether portal?" they thought for a minute before responding "Well I had one a while ago but then I destroyed it" "Have you thought about maybe building another one?" They looked through one of the chests and pulled out some obsidian. "I need to get some things done. Can you build it for me?" They handed me the obsidian and then began cleaning up the mess they made in their house.
"Just build it wherever you think it looks good. Tell me when you've placed it so I can light it."

I built it right next to their house. They gave me just the right amount of obsidian to make it tall enough that I could walk through without having to crouch down.

"Ok, is the portal ready?", "mhm". They exited their house with a flint and steel, "it looks nice here" I nodded. They lit a flame on the obsidian and it turned into a wall of purple swirls. I looked down at Y/N. They kept looking at the portal and then at my eyes, whispering something about the resemblance between me and the portal. They reached an arm through and shivered.

"AA-". Red mushroom-like trees surround the area. "You didn't have to drag me in with you" "it was your idea" I shrugged.
"Well great." They looked over the edge of the cliff. "What?" I glanced at where they were looking. There was an ocean of lava underneath and no way to get down. "Oh".

"Do you got any ideas?" "I have one..."
